19/06/2025: Really very nice place in addition to the restaurant there is the cellar where as soon as you arrive the owners await you with a nice glass of wine produced by them the environment is informal the food really excellent and also for those who have other needs such as vegetarians or vegans they have the possibility of having their own menu more for the little ones there is a space where you can let them play very friendly and kind staff to return definitely

05/07/2025: suggestive and fascinating place immersed in the Langhe countryside with breathtaking views of vineyards and farmhouses. impeccable service, courtesy, friendliness and kindness season succulent and tasty dishes with the flavors of the territory. highly recommended

22/06/2025: Total disappointment. I had booked a table at Archisa well in advance (over two weeks before) to celebrate our wedding anniversary with my wife. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. On the same day, I was contacted and informed that there would be a delay in service due to a wedding in progress. However, no one clearly told us that the reception would be held in the same room where they would have seated us. Only upon arrival, while they were setting up our table, did we realize that we would be dining next to a wedding party already in full swing, with music, toasts and zero privacy. At that point, embarrassed and bitter, we decided to leave, kindly explaining the reasons. No one from the ownership came forward to offer an apology, a courtesy gesture, a voucher or even an attempt to recover the situation. We do not dispute the quality of the cuisine (which we did not have the opportunity to try), but the total lack of attention to the customer, the lack of clarity in communication and the lack of any reparatory gesture. We would have appreciated even just a message of apology, but nothing. In fact, the review I had left on TheFork has disappeared, because the dinner - obviously - is listed as "not carried out". What a shame. We had planned that evening in advance and with expectation. We left disappointed and without any consideration from the establishment.

18/06/2025: on the advice of family and friends we went to dinner this evening at this place... we were satisfied and will definitely come back with pleasure... nothing to do with Neapolitan pizza (which by the way I got very bored with because it is usually undercooked and difficult to digest) theirs is thin and delicate and very good, we also ate an appetizer "veal with tuna sauce" also this delicate and delicious dish... we will go back to eat their pizza and I highly recommend it to all those who like thin (and good) pizza
