15/02/2026: I went to Trattoria della Valle on Valentine's Day with my boyfriend, and the experience was truly special. The place is charming, welcoming, and meticulously crafted: you immediately feel a familiar yet refined atmosphere. The food is incredibly fresh and high-quality, with a perfect menu from appetizer to dessert. You can clearly sense the passion in selecting the ingredients and preparing the dishes. Special praise goes to the owner: in addition to being extremely professional, she is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly makes every guest feel welcome. A perfect evening in every way.
