24/01/2026: Dinner with a snail menu. Definitely a menu for snail lovers only. We ate very well. The service was fast and well-executed. The only negative was that the place was too noisy.

01/02/2026: Prices were unclear and undisplayed, more expensive than the pastry shop in downtown Cuneo. When I asked for a glass of water for my daughter (after purchasing several products), I was asked to buy a bottle of water. The chocolate was good, but the experience was not to be repeated.
13/12/2025: I've been buying my panettone here since 1988; it's always exquisite. Now they ship it to me in Spain—I couldn't ask for more. Thank you.

15/12/2025: I often go to Markas for lunch during my work break.
Unfortunately, recently, there have been only two girls left to serve over 150 people, serving them starters, bread, main courses, side dishes, charging, and preparing pizzas and burgers. This causes a lot of inconvenience because we then eat all the main courses cold. There's only one microwave for everyone, and we have very little time for a break. The girls are exceptional and kind, but they need more support because there aren't enough of them. There's work available, but they're not hiring. Why?

29/07/2025: prettamente similare ad un'osteria, quando si dice che l'abito non fa il monaco. la struttura di per sè non è definibile prettamente accogliente ma la cucina è stratosferica, cibi tipici piemontesi tra cui molte cose fatte in casa da loro! super consigliato per chi vuole trascorrere un pasto informale ed in compagnia!
21/06/2025: Excellent repas d'anniversaire, les antipasti succulents, les pâtes idem et le gâteau d'anniversaire confectionné pour l'occasion. Accueil au top, service parfait. Je recommande sans réserve.

28/08/2023: Ottima sistemazione tipica ove fare tappa per organizzare gite, escursioni e quant'altro. Ottima l'ospitalità dei gestori e la pulizia delle camere. Buone le colazioni e la cena effettuata con amici. Piatti semplici della tradizione, cucinati senza troppo condimento, ideali per una più semplice digestione. Prezzi giusti sia per la cena sia per il soggiorno. Consigliato
