20/11/2025: Eating at this restaurant is a truly unique experience. The place itself is unusual, and the owner even more so.
The concept:
- No menu; the menu is presented verbally, and you choose between three primis and secondis. For the antipasti, you'll have several dishes laid out on the table in a relaxed, informal style. * A nice touch is the middle course with a spoonful of gorgonzola!
- Prices range from 50 to 60 euros per person, including wine.
Please note: cash only!
Everything was delicious, and Luciano's wonderful atmosphere was a real highlight! A must-visit, but book well in advance.

06/12/2025: Beautiful, well-maintained property. Spacious room. Very clean. I also had dinner, and it was a dinner featuring local cuisine. The people were super welcoming. Personally, I found the room furnishings a little off-putting in the local style, but that's a subjective matter.

22/09/2025: On our drive to Nice from Sirmonione, we stopped for lunch at what we thought would be forgettable cafe. To our surprise the food was amazing. The chef came out to tell us about the food. Her enthusiasm for the food was clear and it is reflected in the quality and taste. A real gem of a cafe.

We tried the Fassona beef tartare, which was simply sublime... then the plin with butter and sage, the tajarin with ragù, the Barbaresco risotto, and the gnocchi with Fontal fondue... each one as good as the next. For the main courses, the sausage with polenta and the braised beef were a delight.
We finished with the bunet and hazelnut cake for dessert, and they kindly offered us a selection of dry biscuits (so delicious!).
We finished lunch with a good coffee and a wide selection of quality grappas!!
In the kitchen, we spotted a woman in her 70s who we assumed was the mastermind behind those delicious dishes... how wonderful old-fashioned home cooking is!!
Truly a highly recommended little place!
Perhaps the only flaw is the prices... a little high in our opinion...

12/04/2025: This restaurant was a godsend for us: delicious food at fair prices and very friendly staff. The meat-filled agnolotti was accompanied by a full-bodied Dolcetto Dogliani from Poderi Luigi Einaudi. And then there was the wine selection... heavenly!

05/05/2025: Gastfreundschaft wird hier groß geschrieben! Ich war eine Woche mit meiner eingeschworenen Reisegruppe hier. Die Zimmer sauber, gepflegt und hübsch, werden jeden Tag picobello gereinigt. Chiara und ihre Familie bieten ein wunderbares Frühstück mit selbstgemachten bzw. regionalen Produkten an. Das Abendessen, in mehreren Gängen, ein absolutes Highlight. Besser geht es nicht!
Für mich auch noch wichtig: sehr liebevoller Umgang mit unseren Hunden, die sich auch rundum wohlfühlten in dieser ruhigen, wunderschönen Umgebung.
Zudem spricht Chiara sehr gut Deutsch, so blieb kein Wunsch unerfüllt.
Herzlichen Dank, der Aufenthalt bleibt unvergessen ,

01/06/2025: Il punto di forza è la gestione famigliare , la qualità dei cibi e il servizio curato e cordiale. Eccezionali le 4 degustazioni vini durante il pasto. Eravamo in 9, tutti soddisfatti.
02/05/2025: Dopo una assenza abbiamo deciso di fare ritorno in questo luogo magico la trattoria Al Bric accolti da amici e con tanto calore abbiamo consumato un pasto con i nostri cognati eccellente e sopratutto buono e genuino dagli antipasti ai primi da favola un e per terminare un piatto di formaggi accompagnato dalla classica salsa tipica la Duia Tutto e stato irrorato da un ottimo Roero Arneis della casa vinicola Morra e poi un fantastico buon Barbera
Cortesia e gentilezza da parte di Tonino e di sua figlia sono il benvenuto in questo piccolo ristorante e noi quanto prima ci faremo ritorno per adesso un semplice grazie e arrivederci
