27/07/2025: The food is very good; the prices are quite high (definitely high for the Langhe region), but justified by the undeniable quality of all the dishes we ordered. If I could, I'd give it a 4.5; I'm giving it a 4 because we waited way too long. Two courses took 1 hour and 20 minutes. I imagine and hope it was an accident (also considering the numerous apologies from the very kind waitress).
20/07/2025: It won't happen again. Very expensive for the dishes we chose, or rather, they didn't reflect what I expected. What bothered me most, however, was that other tables were offered interesting off-menu options, but we didn't get anything because we were just passing through. I didn't find it professional, especially since, while we were just passing through, my parents and people I know have always frequented this restaurant. Excellent wine.

13/08/2025: A 1960s-style trattoria, popular with families. Excellent food, beautiful views, and reasonable prices.
01/08/2025: We stopped at Trattoria da Corrado a Briaglia, even though it wasn't lunchtime. We were greeted with rare kindness, as if we were family. A very sweet lady invited us to sit on the terrace and brought us some fantastic sandwiches. The irresistible aroma of ragù and handmade tagliatelle wafted from the dining room... a dive into the flavors of yesteryear. An authentic trattoria, unlike any you find anymore. Bravo!
