Dinner with friends. Returning to this restaurant after a few years, we were satisfied again. Homemade and genuine food, right portions. Fair price. Worth trying and recommended. €30 complete menu including water and wines.

Trattoria assolutamente consigliata per gli amanti della cucina tradizionale piemontese. Ottimo menù fisso con alcune proposte interessanti (una su tutte il pollo). I tempi del servizio consentono di assaporare i piatti serviti. La cortesia del personale costituisce un'ulteriore nota di merito. Raccomandata la prenotazione.

In un giro nei dintorni di Mondovì ho incontrato questa trattoria, a mezzogiorno, frequentata da persone del posto. Cibi fatti in casa dalla maionese al bollito al brodo per i tortellini Sono stato piacevolmente sorpreso da pulizia, servizio e rapporto qualità/prezzo.

26/03/2024: The menu is always the same, but good and I like it, quality/price ok.. so, I just have to say that, last Saturday, due to a 15 minute delay in the booking time with two friends, they no longer let us in.. .it was 9.15pm ok fine.., I took my friends to the Taverna Paradiso in Caraglio where I always willingly go..., and where they treated and welcomed us like customers,... to be appreciated! I will return to the Cavallo Bianco, even if they are not friendly.
25/03/2024: Had lunch and everything was so good that after 3 days I returned with other friends who were super happy...and we are two hours away...but it's worth it...highly recommended!

28/03/2024: Deserving of a Michelin star. The quality of the cuisine is decidedly high. The weekly lunch menu is excellent where the goodness of the dishes is not lacking. The view seen from the terrace is enchanting, where there are tables set in the summer and where you can enjoy breathtaking views. Unforgettable dinners! To be booked in advance. The interior of the restaurant is also typical and welcoming. Try the "quail with duck liver and white chocolate". Well-stocked and selected wine cellar. The take-away pastry products are excellent and, depending on the season, we can purchase panettone, colombe, chocolate eggs, gluten-free desserts, etc... Available to serve breakfasts or aperitifs. Excellent prices in relation to the quality and the area. Convenient parking.
