08/10/2025: This restaurant in the historic center of Boves serves authentic Piedmontese cuisine. Very good dishes; I recommend the tajarin, the ula al furn, the veal with tuna sauce, the potatoes with ajoli... practically everything I've eaten is delicious.
The atmosphere is quiet, familiar, and relaxed. The service is quick, and the staff is attentive and friendly.
I highly recommend it!

24/09/2025: I went to eat here with some friends last Saturday. We had a great time. I wanted to try the fried calamari and fries, and they also had some focaccia. Everything was delicious, and the fried food was well cooked and light. My kids tried the burgers and were very pleased, and my husband had the sliced meat with vegetables and was also pleased. My friends had pizza. The staff is very friendly and they bring both drinks and food quickly. I can't wait to go back for the pizza 🍕 since they have a wood-fired oven. The place is very spacious.

29/06/2025: Dinner "al fresco". Given the torrid climate we decide to come to dinner here, a place we had spotted during a walk in Bisalta. Everything very good and genuine. I also discovered the dundaret that I didn't know.. we'll be back.
22/06/2025: Well, located on the hill, cool, lots of dishes to choose from, excellent service, welcoming and helpful, just the prices a little high considering the type of "home" restaurant. But I recommend it! Oh, excellent food! Keep it up but if you can and want, increase the quantity in the portions.

they were a little burnt underneath.
We take it regularly (in our opinion
it is the best in Boves).
Recommended.

12/07/2025: A friend and I had dinner at this wonderful restaurant. The food was excellent. Paolo was an attentive and thoughtful host, and the waiter was incredibly kind and helpful. I will definitely return and highly recommend it.

09/04/2025: Locale storico di BOVES con alla guida oggi un ragazzo giovane intraprendente con le idee ben chiare coadiuvato dai genitori offre una cucina di territorio ma con tanti spunti diversi e osa in piatti non convenzionali
Parto da un tacos con carne di cervo veramente godurioso e proseguo con una ragnatela impanata di grissini e una maionese deliziosa abbinato un’insalata fresca che sgrassa benissimo il piatto
Due piccole chicche lavorate veramente bene
Carta dei vini presente anche se c’è possibilità di ampiamento corretto il rapporto qualità prezzo per la proposta data bellissima scoperta

05/04/2025: Una bella scoperta. I piatti sono creativi, ricercati e con abbinamenti che ti sorprendono ogni volta. Per qualità e ricerca non ha nulla da invidiare a ristoranti cittadini e blasonati.
