28/10/2025: The restaurant is nestled within the Porta Pretoria, making it quite evocative in itself. Its walls date back to the 25th century BC. Excellent local food, elegantly presented. The waiter was young but well-trained, helpful but not intrusive. The owners were friendly. Given our gastronomical acumen, the owner even offered us a digestif. Excellent ginepy. Highly recommended.

12/10/2025: We had dinner one evening at this beautiful location in the historic center of Aosta. Upon entering, you might think you're walking into a "stinky" restaurant, but you find yourself in a beautiful setting, certainly stylish but affordable for all budgets. Upon entering, a young man named Emanuele is ready to welcome you, very friendly and witty. The dining rooms are very beautiful and spacious. The service is attentive, courtesy of Emanuele's partner, Anais. The quality of the food offered is very pleasing, and so is the final product.

21/04/2026: Allow me to give my opinion on this place, given that I went there for the first time on Sunday the 19th, and only because the Bielmonte panoramic bar was closed. I found the service terrible, and it's absent at the tables outside the bar, or at least I only saw service for a select few. The price for two polentas, two tominis, a coke, and a small beer is quite high considering it's self-service. The quality of the food leaves much to be desired: runny polenta, cold tominis, and the location, where the food is very questionable, and the staff are unwelcoming. See you next time Patty
