08/12/2024: I had high expectations for this restaurant in a wine estate on the hills of Acqui, but for once they were not disappointed, rather exceeded!
I, my friends and my Cana, polite but large, enjoyed this splendid location, spacious and modern but also warm and welcoming.
Regarding food, the Piedmontese tradition revisited in the right way, with high quality raw materials, even the cellar is up to par.
All excellent, but try the black pig's cheek cnt and...
We will definitely return, also because the price for the value amply justifies the trip from the Riviera.

17/11/2024: Excellent experience. I will happily return. Truly innovative and very good dishes. The desserts were truly a worthy conclusion to a delicious lunch.
The attention to the customer was truly top notch.

We eat mainly meat.
Service a little slow, but it wasn't a problem for us.
I recommend making a reservation as it is not very big.

Well obviously a historic place in Nice that has "raised" dozens and dozens of kids... always good food, friendly and attentive staff even when the place is very full... environment? The classic pub that is no longer around...

10/12/2024: Tuvimos una agradable comida en este restaurante y disfrutamos de la experiencia general. La comida italiana era sabrosa, con una buena variedad de platos en el menú. La pizza era particularmente buena — corteza crujiente y saborizantes ingredientes que golpean el lugar.
El servicio fue amable y acogedor. El personal parecía dispuesto a ayudar, lo que añadió un toque agradable a la comida.
El ambiente era cálido y acogedor, por lo que es un lugar cómodo para disfrutar de la cena. Definitivamente es un buen lugar para una comida casual con amigos o familiares.
Si estás en la zona y deseas comida italiana o una buena pizza, vale la pena visitarla. Nos fuimos satisfechos y consideraríamos volver de nuevo!
22/11/2024: Last night my husband and I chose this pizzeria by chance. BINGO!!! Fabulous, tasty pizzas, cooked to perfection, delicious bun. all the staff, fantastic.

15/12/2024: Vaya noche. Algunos de los mejores alimentos que hemos tenido en la zona - donde hemos estado llegando mucho durante 7 - 8 años. Estupendo menú con platos también no tradicionales , una carta de vinos con botellas bith top top (con antigüedad) y opciones más asequibles - en un gran entorno rústico. El servicio fue a tierra, pero y la comida terminó en el plato. Sin duda hay un gran chef detrás de esto. ¡Volveremos!

Domenica sera di novembre..appena entri bellissima esposizione di vini per poi passare nelle sale tutte in pietra …cibo squisito per questo super complimenti agli chef ! abbiamo mangiato un pane con formaggio e mostarda di uva , baccalà mantecato con sala di carote e pan brioche …si continua con agnello con crema al caffè e ristretto di camomilla per concludere in dolcezza panna cotta al pepe rosa e crumble all olio d oliva e semifreddo al pistacchio…. Il signor Roberto ci ha consigliato dell ottimo vino sia fermo che altalanga ed è stato gentilissimo nell’ abbondare il calice 😎
Torneremo sicuramente per assaggiare altri piatti !!! Complimenti a tutto lo staff !!!
18/10/2024: Locale bellissimo e suggestivo nelle cantine dell’enoteca di Nizza. Cibo tipico piemontese, impeccabile, eccellente, senza troppi svolazzi nella cucina ultra-moderna. Servizio eccellente e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Perché allora non ho dato 5 stelle? Perché è impensabile in un locale del genere che la musica in sottofondo, che dovrebbe essere “ambient”, sia invece vamos alla playa, l’italiano, ecc. non discuto la bontà della musica, ma in un locale di questo tipo non si DEVE mettere musica che invogli a canticchiare ritornelli e strofe.

05/11/2024: Locale senza grandi pretese ma ordinato e pulito, buon servizio. Ideale per una pranzo veloce. Ottima farinata e buone pizze anche se di dimensioni insolitamente ridotte. Conto economico adeguato comunque alla proposta è alla qualità del locale. Zona fuori dal centro storico con discreta possibilità di parcheggio nelle vie limitrofe. Cani ben accetti.
