11/11/2025: Always a pleasure to dine at Rooster. The tagliolini, braised beef, veal with tuna sauce, and white truffle dishes are always excellent and true to tradition. The service is quick and courteous, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality! Highly recommended!

22/11/2025: Warm welcome, pleasant atmosphere, and dishes prepared with attention to detail. The menu offers a wide variety. We chose the mixed antipasto, which featured excellent local specialties, the classic tajarin with artisanal butter and the addition of truly fragrant and delicious white truffle. Then we chose the Fiorentina steak (the meat is truly excellent), cooked on the stone with its own vegetables, and it was incredibly tender and flavorful. The homemade desserts were excellent... we paired the dishes with an excellent 2022 Ruchè. The experience at this restaurant was also very pleasant thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We will gladly return and highly recommend it.

22/11/2025: A wonderful dinner, the cheese selection was unique, I've never tried so many delicious and unique things. But the kindness and helpfulness of the owners is something I won't soon forget. Congratulations on the wonderful restaurant, we'll be back soon! And thanks again :)
