22/02/2026: Everything was perfect, we found ourselves
calling almost at the last minute and with little hope we found a place, and what a place! 🥰 Surrounded by greenery and peaceful hills of vineyards, everything inside matched the setting: clean, spacious, full of light.
The food was superb, sublime flavors, and the service was courteous and friendly! Thank you, and I hope to return since we live quite a ways away. ☺️
09/12/2025: A wonderful experience, first and foremost for the quality of the food, but also for the utmost flexibility in the tasting menu and in accommodating any intolerances. All the dishes deserve praise! The wine list has several positive surprises and interesting selections from small local producers. Excellent, fast, and attentive service. We'll definitely be back.

If you're looking for the true spirit of Piedmont, far from the chaos and surrounded by greenery, Agriturismo La Tartufaia is a must-see. Located in Mombercelli, this place perfectly combines a family welcome with a high-end gastronomic experience.
What makes this place special:
The Cuisine:** The beating heart of the agriturismo. The dishes are traditional Asti dishes, prepared with the freshest ingredients, and, of course, truffles are the undisputed star when in season. The agnolotti and the hand-chopped meat are simply sublime.

01/11/2023: Authentic, cozy, rich and simply delicious. All these tastes that Larissa can create is just incredible, and the setting is just beautiful.
12/09/2023: This is the second time my wife, daughter and I were able to visit with Gino and Larissa for some wine tasting and lunch. I have bought wine from Gino many times over the last 10 years and I am always amazed at the high quality he produces. We had a great time recently getting reconnected and drinking wine and playing guitar. The lunch Larissa cooks is so very good and the wine is fantastic and I wish we had planned more days to hanging out with their family. We will be back soon!

09/08/2023: Mon fils (12 ans) et moi faisions escale sur notre chemin vers la Corse. L'accueil par Madame Simona et son mari était très chaleureux. La chambre très confortable et très gentiment arrangée autour du motif du cinéma. La vue sur le paysage à partir des deux terrasses ensoleillées vous coupe le souffle. C'est un B&B que nous vous conseillons sans la moindre réserve pour plusieurs jours. Nous y logerons lors de notre retour. Monsieur nous aura organisé les caisses de vin pour remplir ma cave des bons souvenirs. Ici, mon fils est tombé amoureux de l'Italie.

Azienda Agricola LUIGI CASTINO

19/10/2025: We visited Luigi late on a Saturday afternoon and he took the time to show us around the winery and let us taste wines straight from the tanks. Luigi has a great passion for wine and makes excellent wines. A visit is highly recommended.
27/08/2025: I would like to thank the wonderful Luigi and Larisa for their warm hospitality. An interesting tour of the winery and a fantastic tasting of different wines. And Larisa's magic hands prepared gorgeous and very tasty dishes of local cuisine, I still remember their taste!
