05/10/2025: An unplanned lunch stop while just passing through Callianetto was a pleasant surprise at Ciabot, where, even without a reservation, I was lucky enough to find a table. Two appetizers and a main course were very good, simple in their simplicity, with friendly and fast service. I'll have to return because the menu was all inviting, but my stomach wasn't big enough! Special mention for the green tongue... Spectacular!

04/10/2025: The magic of dining! Unpretentious, sincere cuisine that takes you back to ancient flavors, the bold ones that gently caress you... A quiet place to gather with friends or family. The dishes are traditional with a touch of something extra, perfectly executed and beautifully balanced. Daniela is a cook, a host, a traveling companion who knows how to guide you with cheerfulness and discretion, and with the genuineness of an old friend. 02/11/2025: I was at the Amantea fair, I happened upon this place, I wanted to pay by card, even a small amount, but I was told the POS wasn't working. It seems absurd to me that a merchant doesn't have a working POS for payments, and the bathroom is out of order. An experience to forget.

23/07/2025: We've been coming here for 10 years now and it's always a guarantee. Highly recommended for quality and prices. Within 5 minutes of sitting down, someone had already cleaned our table without asking. TOP. Do as we did, grab a tray and try everything! PS: I'm Neapolitan, I know a good, fragrant dough, and this is it.
