09/05/2025: They cheerfully skipped over our preparation but so far there is no problem, it can happen while working, the problem is that when going to ask for information at the counter the staff wanted to discuss useless and non-existent topics in a rude manner. It almost seemed like it was our responsibility, crazy stuff. With an absolutely spiteful attitude we were then served (after 48 minutes of waiting)... When the trays arrived, stuff was missing compared to the receipt, another discussion. A couple of sandwiches practically needed to be assembled, the salad was badly thrown into the box, other ingredients were thrown to the c.d.c. The peculiarity of the MC has always been the speed of service and the gluttony that their food induces. The one in Asti absolutely does not have these characteristics. I'm giving one star because there are no icons of buckets of manure.

04/05/2025: Today it seemed very strange to me, after having had a croissant and a coffee, having asked for a small glass of water and being told if you want we only have the bottles to buy. He's the first MC Donald to say that to me!!!!

03/05/2025: Very bad experience: excellent location, sheltered from the heat, we look for the waiter's attention to sit down... completely ignored. We take the initiative and sit down, 10 minutes pass and the waiters don't look at us at all. We block a waitress, order 4 pinsas. After an acceptable amount of time, they arrive, mine completely burnt. I'll have it made again, it arrives quickly, a decent Pinsa, the beer is at room temperature or better yet (warm). Wife and daughters tell me not to be argumentative. I calm down, except after two minutes, point out to my wife a black hair on her plate (she's blonde). …. BAD EXPERIENCE.

01/05/2025: I've been to this place several times and I've always had a good time, after this afternoon I have to say the opposite. Pleasant aperitif for the food, but not for the service. We sat down and after 10 minutes we had to ask for the menu, we waited another 15 minutes for the order and, although the waiters had already asked people who arrived after us, we had to call them back to order. Once the drink and the platter arrived, we were the only ones who didn't bring the chips and we had to ask for them 3 times before getting them. I recommend a little more attention from some members of the staff!

21/01/2025: Very bad service, terrible education and little desire to serve the public, a girl with black hair at the bar is a terrible waitress, I highly recommend not going to have a drink, it is also very expensive for the poor service it provides

18/01/2025: The staff is special and this makes everything more interesting. One of the very few places in Asti that knows how to make hot cappuccino. The only aspect for which I only gave two stars is the lack of music inside...which makes me leave there without stopping longer to get another brioche or another drink...like if that place was missing a soul piece... and it simply makes it a bar, with willing people but... the music inside would have given that something extra, which makes you stay for a moment longer

16/05/2025: I took a kebab, they only put a small piece of tomato and very little meat and little salad, they didn't even put a sauce, and on top of that it was disgusting. 6€ WASTED

06/05/2025: bad bad, there was too much nauseating sauce and when we called on the phone, several times, no one answered, luckily we live close by and we went on foot
