La proposta di Paola Passuello e legata al proprio territorio, ma non rinuncia a qualche escursione in Liguria, tenendo sempre alta l'attenzione per le materie prime soprattutto locali. Potete scegliere di mangiare in una delle tre sale , arredate in modo sobrio o, nella bella stagione, nello spazio esterno posto sul sagrato dell'ex chiesa di San Michele, ora conosciuta da tutti come Diavolo Rosso. Le influenze liguri sono riscontrabili soprattutto nella preparazione di piatti a base di pesce. Per antipasto non perdete la battuta di carne di fassona o il baccalà alla brandacujun , tra i primi gli immancabili agnolotti al plin o le trofie al pesto, come secondo coniglio alla ligure o brasato al barbera. Il bunet, le pesche e cioccolato, il tiramisù completano l'offerta. Ben articolata la selezione dei formaggi. Fornita la carta dei vini incentrata sui rossi piemontesi e bianchi del nord Italia. Ottimi i grissini.

06/04/2024: The pizzeria is beautiful. It is also a restaurant and the pizza is high quality and large. Even starters and more. The only real shame is the bathroom. It's the only bad thing about the place. But other than that the place is beautiful. The same service. They are very quick for the dishes and you don't have to wait long after ordering 😉

21/02/2024: High quality pizza restaurant. The quality of excellent raw materials. Imagination in combinations leads us to appreciate a well-groomed and delicious product even more. Interestingly, some pizzas have a Piedmontese name. To be picky, the room should be equipped with some measures to reduce the murmur.

01/02/2024: Everything was perfect... and the gnocchi were delicious, the wild boar stew was delicious and very tender... but at least I didn't like the chestnut soufflé very much... but I still gave it full marks because you deserve it.

28/03/2024: We only frequented the place in the summer for the ice cream and yogurt. Lately we have breakfast here every time we can. You don't have time to cross the entrance threshold before Linda's voice resonates with her lively greeting. Something that doesn't always happen in other "bars" of being greeted when you enter. Always in a good mood, smiling and caring towards customers. The cappuccino is good and is larger than that of other bars. The brioches are well assorted and if the one you want is missing they will fill it on the spot with various flavours. I highly recommend the place not only for the usual ice cream but also as a café. I gave 4 stars and not 5 because sometimes it is difficult to find parking.

03/04/2024: Thanks so much for the evening! Excellent, quality food, you can eat well and in a nice environment. There were 12 of us, 4 of which were children under 5 years old, thanks so much to the staff because they were super kind and accommodated all requests. Thank you very much

22/03/2024: Very slow in serving. If the dishes arrive they are not yours. You leave hungry because you can't order more than 2 times. Wasted money
