Here you'll find a menu with new dishes to enjoy every day, including Fassona beef tartare and this wonderful carbonara, which I've attached in the photo. Equipped with a spacious terrace, Brillo also offers a relaxing evening, where you can come with friends and find a private and quiet atmosphere. From the music to the friendly staff, let yourself be carried away by the multitude of events the bar organizes, including DJ sets, quizzes, and other games.
The bar boasts ample parking and, with very fair prices, offers what no other reputable bar can offer.

04/01/2026: I had a lot of positive reviews for the place, the staff was helpful and very friendly. I gave it 5 stars because it's the best, but I would have given more. I had dinner with an appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert, and I was satisfied with everything. My favorite was the tiramisu. Incredible.
12/12/2025: Excellent family run restaurant with very good, fast, and friendly service. We came here for lunch we ordered a salad with tonatoes and mozzarella which tasted delicious. My table partners ordered a margaritha pizza which they liked very much; especially the thin base. I ordered a caprese salad, which also had a generous serbice of fresh ingredients. The chef - owner passed by our table to enquire everything was well with oud food. We had a glas of local white wine which complemented well with our food.
We recommend this restaurant.

11/01/2026: We had dinner this evening and ordered three pizzas, which I must say were some of the best we've had in recent years... the staff was truly kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs! The interior isn't overly well-kept, but I must say you feel comfortable there anyway... well done! We'll definitely be back and try the dishes.

07/11/2025: In my opinion, this is the best gelato in Valenza. The hazelnut, stracciatella, and all the other creams are really good. I'm not a fan of fruit, but that's just my personal preference. The clean place and friendly staff definitely set it apart from the competition.
