14/01/2025: We were in the area and went to see this magnificent place. The castle is private and can only be visited for special events. We went to visit the cellars anyway and have lunch at the 3 clocks. Everything was beautiful, very well looked after and attentive, helpful staff.. We would like to spend a night there soon. There are 12 rooms in the village medieval annexed to the castle. Worth visiting

01/01/2025: We’ve been fortunate enough to stay at many hotels located in castles over the years; it’s sort of our “thing” when traveling through western Europe. We can say, without a doubt, CdG ranks up there with the best. Not “just one castle,” but a property encompassing its own medieval village, CdG, shines. The food is stellar, the surroundings are beautiful, and the hedge maze makes this a stand-out property.

14/02/2025: Sono stata in questo osteria per un compleanno. Il cibo era davvero buono ma purtroppo c'è stato un problema. Portando tutto con i vassoi e non essendoci un menù non sapevo cosa ci fosse esattamenteall'interno dei piatti. Avendo un'intolleranza all'aglio ho evitato i piatti in cui ero sicura di trovarlo. Ho saputo solo dopo che in uno dei piatti c'era l'aglio e, purtroppo. sono stata male per qualche giorno. Sicuramente non avrei dovuto dare per scontato che l'aglio c'era solo nei piatti in cui era ovvio. Dovrebbe comunque esserci un menù con segnati gli allergeni. Prezzo ottimo per tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato. La mia non vuole essere una critica, avendo sbagliato in primis, ma solo un consiglio.

07/02/2025: Venerdì a pranzo Panissa ( e puoi fare anche il bis) bollito, bagnetto verde e verdure ( cotechino strepitoso) torta di cioccolato e pere, vino, acqua e caffè 20 euro a testa... qualità alta!!!!

22/11/2024: Already been a while ago, but we visites this very cosy and nice restaurant in october 2013 and i mist say, we have been treated as kings! The food is very very nice and tastefull and Renzo and Philip are extremely good hosts! We highly recommend this little restaurant!

02/11/2024: Excellent food, finally a pizza with a capital P, the farinata is not bad at all, the desserts are excellent and, above all, the prices are more than honest which is very rare nowadays. To all this we must add the great friendliness of the boys and the enormous availability. Congratulations, keep it up.

18/10/2024: A very pleasant dinner both for the environment and for the food with menus still summery...... very satisfied I will definitely return to taste the autumnal foods.....compliments to the chef.....
