The food is exquisite: my wife's famous calamarata was a riot of flavors, while my traditional Piedmontese agnolotti were simply perfect, rich and authentic, just like in the olden days. The service is impeccable—courteous, attentive, and always available to accommodate every request. Special thanks to the owner, whose kindness and passion shine through in every detail.
