25/11/2025: It's true that places found by chance are the best, and this place proved it... We arrived creating a great deal of confusion in every sense, as is typical of my family, and we continued until the last minute... despite this, we were welcomed in a welcoming atmosphere, with the utmost availability and kindness, not to mention the food... authentic, tasty, made with love... and the bill was also very good! A truly wonderful experience, one that we will definitely repeat. Thanks, Elisa!
09/11/2025: Caravan parking service includes water, electricity, hot showers, and bathrooms. It could be cleaned more frequently, considering we're in the countryside. An excellent stop in the province of Alessandria for just €15 a night. Highly recommended.

16/01/2026: You enter this service station at 9:10 on the morning of January 16th, and you first pay at the monitor because the guy jokes and plays with his colleague... and he doesn't have time.
After paying at the monitor...
You point out that you've been waiting a while for the service you purchased, and he immediately becomes nervous about the customer... Asking me for the receipt again...
But I wonder, dear managers, what training do you give your employees?

16/05/2025: Ci siamo fermati in viaggio per Torino in questa area di servizio dopo alcune ore di viaggio
Abbiamo usato i servizi , davvero in uno stato a dire poco, pietoso
Poi ci sismo fermati per un caffe’ , avendo visto illy in uno dei bar interni..
Pentiti amaramente subito dopo : bancone sporco e pieno di tazzine e bicchieri usate e rifiuti vari , bustine e tovagliolini usati
In pratica i nostri caffe sono stati poggiati e serviti in mezzo a cose usate ..
Un vero scandalo se poi si considerano i prezzi altissimi

18/02/2025: Siamo entrati Domenica sera di rientro da una conferenza lavorativa intorno alle 21.30 ..... non c è stato un cristiano che ci ha servito una commessa lavava il pavimento e l altra commessa in fondo al bancone nemmeno si è deniata di calcolarci......complimenti alla Direzione
