12/03/2024: I went by for the first time this morning and I must say that I was very impressed by the place.....not very big but it still feels like family. I'm sorry I wasn't able to eat but, listening to the comments of those who ate, I will be back very soon just to taste (not eat) but really taste their dishes. A compliment to the dining room staff for their professionalism and love for their work. Keep it up girls. 🤗 Ps:Sarah Missazza your comment is created ad hoc because the person who was with you had a great time......and if you look at your reviews you notice that where you deal with men everything is perfect... ....where you have to deal with women everything is negative.

09/03/2024: BEST FIXED MENU RESTAURANT IN THE TRIVENETO I travel around 3,000 km a month, traveling between Veneto and Lombardy, almost always eating fixed menu lunches. I have no doubt that of all the places (with a fixed menu) this is the best, (in my humble opinion and according to my personal experiences). This is not a tavern, it is a RESTAURANT. And only those who experience and appreciate catering notice the customer details that this management has, compared to others. You can choose between: - A la carte menu. - Fixed menu with multiple choices of first courses, second courses and side dishes, updated daily. - Seasonal specialties or single-ingredient menu for all courses. Always speaking about the fixed menu, here are 7 noteworthy notes: - Meat and fish present every day, both in the first and second courses. - Present medium elaborate dishes and/or with ingredients usually only present in the à la carte menu. - Excellent cooking times. - Excellent preparation of the raw material. - Food that doesn't stay on your stomach or that makes you sour the same day or the next day. - The aesthetics of the dish are also taken care of. - Consistency of the quality level over the months. I conclude with the fundamental part for me when I go out to eat, as well as the part that surprised me most about this place: THE PEOPLE. Impeccable room service, finally a fixed menu where the waiters don't run around the room or rush you. The lady and young lady present in the room are not only tidy and well-groomed, but they carry out the service according to the manual. Smile, courtesy, tranquility. It is clear that those who work in the dining room here have been studied and/or had many experiences. The picture is completed by sober but classy furnishings, a feminine and floral touch and careful cleanliness. These gentlemen know what it means to do catering.
