26/10/2025: My expectations were disappointed by the takeaway mixed fry.
11/10/2025: Found during a motorcycle tour with my daughter, this excellent trattoria serves traditional Piedmontese recipes. The entrance features a bar, a first room, and a second room with several tables. Modern art on the walls and simple, modern furnishings. A lovely outdoor area under a high wooden canopy overlooks a delightful little garden with a well. The owner is friendly, and the lady in charge of the kitchen is also very nice. The appetizers are good, and the authentic Piedmontese fritto misto is excellent. First and second courses follow, but we decided to stay. Parking is available in front of the entrance.

16/11/2025: We ate at this restaurant for lunch on Sunday, but unfortunately the rice was overcooked, dry, and tasteless, and the meat was as tough as shoe soles. I'm sorry to be so harsh, but I hope this objective review helps the owners improve the quality of their offerings.

02/11/2025: Aside from the architectural setting, everything else was negative. Starting with the crumpled tablecloths, we continued with a 20-minute wait for a small plate of cold cuts: four slices of raw salami, two of lard, and three of cooked salami. Another 45 minutes for a second course, ordered with the appetizer. We also ordered roast shank with potatoes, and three slices of braised beef arrived on top of a ladle of polenta. Only water, no wine, 70 euros for two. Forget it.
01/11/2025: Since I last stopped here, about four years ago, I've found the atmosphere and food to have deteriorated somewhat, with prices higher than the quality. It's a huge shame to see this business decline in quality like this. I hope it was just a bad day. It will still be a favorite.

Il fritto misto e’ una delle eccellenze piemontesi … peccato che molti vogliano proporlo riscaldandolo o facendolo fare da ditte esterne …

23/01/2025: Torniamo dopo molto tempo in questo locale famoso per il suo fritto misto piemontese. Che ritroviamo sempre di ottima qualità (forse questa volta servito un pelino freddo). La presenza di una sola cameriera (servizio lento in generale) non giustifica. Mi metto comunque nei panni di questa ragazza che di più non poteva fare… Buoni gli antipasti è il vino locale. Lascio comunque le 5 stelle

15/02/2025: Pranzo in famiglia.Location stupenda,elegante ma autentica,vera location piemontese in un borgo sul poggio,vista stupenda.Ambiente caldo,luminoso ,accogliente.Pulitissimo.Cibo superlativo, cucina piemontese tipica con piccole rivisitazioni alessandrine.Prezzi sorprendenti data location e qualità.Non abbiamo assaggiato il vino perché astemi ma la cantina lasciava ben promettere.Hanno anche prodotti in vendita home made,ho acquistato marmellate e biscotti ,spa,camere e piscina per una fuga romantica…personale gentilissimo.veramente 5 stelle super!!!Consiglio vivamente e spero di tornarci presto!!!
22/12/2024: Intanto complimenti alla struttura veramente molto bella, i locali sono accoglienti e caldi. La cucina l'abbiamo trovata di livello segnalo i gnocchi e il coniglio veramente ottimi.

08/06/2025: Siamo stati dal sig.Paolo per il ricevinento del nostro matrimonio. Siamo stati benissimo. Abbiamo scelto il menù i vini la torta che ci è stata commissionata sempre dal sig.Paolo, persona squisita e disponibile. Bella la locazion proprio sotto il castelli di Camino con una bella panoramica verso il Monferrato. Consigliatissimo
