Christmas lunch at the restaurant: good food and generally friendly staff, but the experience was ruined by the wait. We sat down at 12:30 and left at 5:45 to enjoy five courses: a truly excessive wait, difficult to justify. Furthermore, despite arriving before other tables, service began before us, which left us quite perplexed. At times, the staff's attentiveness seemed a bit lacking (it was even difficult to understand how far along we were with the service). It's a shame, because the quality of the dishes and the basic courtesy are there. I hope it was an organizational issue related to the day, but this kind of service management definitely needs improvement.

Exceptional place! They make a delicious Piedmontese mixed fry, complete and easy to digest, because they change the oil constantly.

Typical Piedmontese restaurant, always valid

Found during a motorcycle tour with my daughter, this excellent trattoria serves traditional Piedmontese recipes. The entrance features a bar, a first room, and a second room with several tables. Modern art on the walls and simple, modern furnishings. A lovely outdoor area under a high wooden canopy overlooks a delightful little garden with a well. The owner is friendly, and the lady in charge of the kitchen is also very nice. The appetizers are good, and the authentic Piedmontese fritto misto is excellent. First and second courses follow, but we decided to stay. Parking is available in front of the entrance.

Perhaps the best fritto misto. The raw meat was sublime. The price was excellent. Even though it was a midweek lunch, everything was fantastic.

Excellent food as always, and now there's a beautiful outdoor area. If you love wine, trust Claudio, who will recommend high-quality local wineries.

Quiet atmosphere in the Monferrato hills. Excellent service, friendly service, and helpful staff are the order of the day. The exterior, overlooking a glimpse of Monferrato, is beautiful. The dishes are truly delicious; the ingredients are top-notch and well-cooked. The mixed fried fish is TOP! I highly recommend it.

The atmosphere is simple, clean, and quiet. The mixed fried fish is the signature dish. The fixed menu features simple, traditional appetizers. Perhaps two more appetizer courses wouldn't hurt, given the price tag of €35 without wine. Overall, the experience was more than satisfactory.
