05/01/2024: Nuova gestione ma hanno sbagliato mestiere. Locale isi addobbato a festa per un evento. La serata si è dimostrata un enorme flop. Siamo entrati alle 19:30 verso le 20:30 si sono degnati di chiederci cosa volessimo da bere, preannunciando che da bene c'era la coca cola la fanta e la birra. La serata era improntata sul giro pizza che non c'è mai arrivata al tavolo. Alle 21:57 dopo aver chiesto quando sarebbe arrivata la pizza e i piatti. Notare che mancavano i piatti e non sapendo come tergiversare la situazione ci hanno portato due piatti da frutta e due piatti piani. Il tavolo era composto da sei persone. Sta di fatto che spazientiti abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni. La proprietaria chi ha preso a parole mentre il marito cercava di metterci una pezza. Sta di fatto che la pizza non è mai arrivata. Il conto di 21,00€ trattasi di 4 coca cole e una birra piccola. Non fanno cucina. Solo giropizza
Pessima esperienza non la consiglio a meno che non si voglia buttar via dei soldi, tanto per.

Classic cuisine dishes in a completely vegan version: practically a dream.
The recipes are incredible, and finally you can enjoy a good menu, from appetizer to dessert, without cruelty.
I brought two non-vegan people and they really liked it, so I recommend it even for those who are not used to this type of cuisine.
For me the best ever, I will definitely be back.
The service is excellent and the waiters are extremely kind and helpful

14/03/2024: I have known Signorelli for years....the aperitif with its fabulous pretzels are a must.......but I strongly advise against the brunch I tried last Sunday......30 euros each for a truly modest buffet, 8.50 Euros for a glass of Arneis, omelettes prepared without an extractor hood and inattentive service are absolutely not worth the reputation of this company.........
11/03/2024: Passing through Alessandria, a friend of mine and I are attracted to this place, we stop for breakfast. Internally very nice and well-kept bar, we sit upstairs, excellent service, friendly waitress. I give one star because the price is absurd. 2 coffees €5, 1 orange juice €6, 1 croissant €2.20. We are in Alessandria not Venice.

10/05/2024: Yesterday around 6pm a friend of mine and I went to the counter and ordered 2 sprizzes. The gentleman who served us while ordering used some very confidential and out of place words. The service is terrible!!!!
