11/12/2023: The only restaurant in Bassano that had two seats on December 8th.. I won't dwell because I could write a poem. I was humiliated in the middle of the restaurant (with other customers besides us) because I allowed myself to ask for parmesan to put on raw spaghetti and they had never seen fish... Upon my request the waitress tells me that parmesan is not included in the menu (absurd but I would have paid for it separately) Immediately afterwards, the owner/chef comes to the table in a loud and somewhat annoyed tone of voice and tells me that I must not allow myself to ruin his dish with my absurd requests. All this in front of other customers who turned away attracted by his rude manner. Before paying, I pointed out to the "kind" owner that he had mortified me in front of everyone and that these are not the ways to treat people, especially a woman! Not even "I'm sorry" came out of his arrogant mouth, on the contrary he continued in the same way to underline how right he was. When they learn to cook a decent fish first course and above all with fish...maybe someone won't ask for parmesan!! However I recommend first learning education which is priority in this case!!!

09/12/2023: I was out for a walk with my boyfriend. I found myself passing in front of the restaurant. I went in to ask if there was a place for two people and the waitress said yes and then accompanied us to the table with the menu. Excellent place. , excellent food, all fresh, excellent service, and I also give 5 stars to the chef.

26/05/2025: La posizione è centrale il locale ampio e grande ma….. Abbiamo prenotato per 30 persone compreso bambini. Alcuni hanno ordinato la pizza altri dei primi di mare e funghi. Altri carne. Ebbene dopo che gli altri avevano finito di mangiare la pizza , passata quasi un’ora , alle lamentele , hanno giustificato dicendo un problema alla cucina, invece , sorpresa dopo altri dieci minuti e’ arlrivato tutto insieme , primo secondo e contorno e non sapevamo più dove mettere i piatti. Ovviamente l’appetito anche ai piccoli era passato. In più vengono a riferirci che avremmo dovuto liberare il tavolo perché avevano altre prenotazioni. Ora , capisco il proprietario che tira al portafogli però a tutto c’è un limite. Ho pagato il mio conto e solo dopo mi sono lamentato con il proprietario che da buon napoletano dopo cento scuse ha dato la colpa alla nuova cameriera. Dispiace tale situazione e sinceramente mi aspettavo di meglio da questo locale così nominato. La qualità del cibo non è così come descritta ma è nella media ed il prezzo di molto superiore. Prendete meno persone e date un servizio migliore questo è il consiglio che al momento mi sento di dare, tirare solo al cassetto fa perdere tutto quello che avete creato. Mi dispiace ma la delusione è grande perché oltre ad essere un vostro paesano avete davvero esagerato con la richiesta di liberare il tavolo senza nemmeno aver mangiato. Spero vi sia una ripresa.

20/01/2025: Komme nun seit ca. 28 Jahren hier her. Es gehört zu den wenigen Restaurants auf die ich mich auf meinen Geschäftsreisen am meisten freue. Bestes Essen, bester Service. Herzliche Familie Tolles Ambiente. Vielen Dank
