28/07/2024: I'm sorry about this review, because I've always eaten good pizza, meat and first courses. But tonight I felt really cheated. I tried the fish tasting....I hope it was a coincidence, and that you don't often serve products like this, and I'll explain why: - peppered with mussels (or whatever you want to call it, it doesn't change anyway) the ghetto was discreet, but the mussels were dry, it was like eating morsels of sponge -crostini with marinated salmon that tasted fresh Having eaten less than half of the dish and the waiter arrives to discuss that yours are excellent products, that he has tasted them and found them good, that every palate has its own personal taste, that the marinade in the salmon was done with this and that, but there I started to get irritated because marinating is one thing, but if the fish isn't good it doesn't hide it. Etc, etc, etc...... I paid for the dish anyway, because I don't want to disrespect those who do their job, but I find it truly ABSURD that the waiter comes to my table to start a controversy over a dish that ISN'T GOOD, and that, sorry, maybe it's your palate that doesn't perceive the flavors well, if you want to be right!!!
