20/06/2025: Good food. Lots of choice. For us Germans/Austrians, the waiters only speak English, and the menu is only in English or Italian.
But the food was very quick; I don't think we waited more than 5 minutes before it was there.
18/06/2025: Attentive staff, top selection, incredibly good food, and reasonable prices. Absolutely fantastic.

11/06/2025: Siamo usciti dall’Aquardens di Verona con l’idea di trovare un posto carino dove mangiare, e l’insegna di questo ristorante ha attirato la nostra attenzione. Che piacevole sorpresa!
Siamo ancora seduti al tavolo mentre scrivo, e non possiamo che essere entusiasti: abbiamo ordinato due antipasti (abbondantissimi, ne sarebbe bastato uno da dividere!) e una grigliata di pesce per due.
La qualità del cibo è davvero eccezionale e le porzioni sono super generose. Servizio cortese e atmosfera accogliente completano l’esperienza.
Ci torneremo sicuramente — consigliatissimo!
09/06/2025: Pasta with prawns was amazing, shame about the chilli, which I can't stand for stomach issues, it wasn't listed on the menu. Anyway, everything was very good, excellent service, friendly and nice waiter

16/07/2025: Beautiful, large place, and everything is very clean, from the pools to the bathrooms to the relaxation areas.
The prices are high, although the value is overall good.
Many glasses are left lying around, which is out of place, especially considering the abundance of trash cans. People's manners are definitely a priority, but otherwise, the staff, who are often around, should intervene...these people should be caught!
16/07/2025: Extremely serious experience and lack of assistance from the facility
Unfortunately, our experience at Aquardens turned into a nightmare. During our visit, the flip-flops provided to my mother at the entrance suddenly broke, causing a nasty fall and a fractured vertebra.
The injury caused my mother physical pain, significant medical expenses, and the cancellation of a long-planned trip.
We would have expected at least adequate assistance or responsible care from the facility, but after reporting the incident and requesting a refund, we received no response.
Aquardens cannot be contacted in any way: not by phone, email, or other official channels. This is unacceptable behavior, especially when faced with an accident caused by an item provided directly by them.
We strongly advise against using a facility with a complete lack of accountability and communication.
Update: I left a negative review and was promised a response. Weeks later, I haven't received any concrete response, despite initial reassurances.
I even went to Aquardens in person, a three-hour drive, but I wasn't able to speak to anyone. I was told I'd be contacted shortly, but over a week later, the silence continues.
I find it unacceptable that a customer, after an injury inside the facility caused by equipment you provided (defective flip-flops), has to chase a response that never arrives.
I feel disappointed and mocked by a facility that should instead protect the safety and dignity of its residents.
1
