21/07/2026: The raw ham is excellent, accompanied by the superb Krystale oysters.
The risotto, on the other hand...is better.
The wines and desserts to finish are excellent.
18/07/2026: Adriano is the best, either you let Adriano serve you or the experience isn't complete, it simply becomes a poor 5-star. Adriano is number one and you have to sit with him, drink Leon's bitters, and force him to come to Anima.
