25/12/2025: I booked a Monday lunch and decided to go out for dinner with friends. When we arrived, we waited motionless for a good five minutes at reception, but no one showed up. We went into the dining room and the head waiter showed us to our seats. The menu was endless, with nothing inspiring, and the restaurant setting was from another era. The head waiter was definitely on a different level (smiling, energetic) than her colleagues, who, gruff and ironic, asked if it were possible to change the wine I was drinking by the glass. They replied, "But if this doesn't suit you, what should I open? Champagne by the glass?" and then filled my glass with the same Trento DOC I'd just asked to change. Not very nice. After finishing the appetizers, we waited 40 minutes for the first courses to arrive. Furthermore, I took the liberty of criticizing the quality of some of the ingredients, given the unthinkable price of €92 for two people, plus €4 each for a cover charge that didn't exist. I don't recommend.
