To the restaurant with excellent seafood, pizza, and desserts, with well-presented dishes and fast service. Excellent value for money. Keep up the good work!! We'll definitely be back...

Recently renovated hotel, spacious rooms with all the comforts.
The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel at home.
The food is excellent, and the prices are in line with the service offered.
We'll definitely return.

06/08/2025: Really delicious dishes, but the mixed grill wasn't filling (a second potato would definitely have been possible).
The waiter was friendly and quick, but the waitress unfortunately had no desire to speak Italian (like talking to guests who don't speak Italian?). The bill was €61. We would have paid €65, but were pretty much ignored when we declined dessert. We waited forever for the bill, then waited another 15 minutes for our money to be collected (there were only about 20 guests in the room for two waiters), so we left €62 and left.
Conclusion: Really delicious, but also expensive; you have to be lucky with the service.
Edith: We're currently in Venice (the island), where a whole meal with starter and main course costs as much as a single plate of pasta at Renata's. Venice!!

I was expecting a modest place with little choice, but instead I entered a very welcoming place with a vast selection of delicacies. A paradise for seafood lovers. The service was extremely efficient, kind, and fast.

04/05/2025: We spent the weekend in this old-time trattoria where you can smell the scent of home. Hospitality, availability, kindness and friendliness are the main characteristics of this place.
The food was excellent from starters to dessert. Highly recommended.

10/08/2025: It's a classic restaurant where appearance is less important than substance. The atmosphere is rustic but clean and tidy, and the service is very friendly and fast. The food is excellent, featuring top-quality seafood. It's definitely worth a try.
10/08/2025: A restaurant inside a campsite, the kind of place you go to with no expectations, just for convenience. Then you discover you're treated wonderfully, everyone is friendly, the food is excellent, and there's even a manager from Puglia who comes to make sure everything is fine. A great discovery; if it were a restaurant on a road accessible to everyone, it would be one we'd often return to. Well done!

21/03/2025: Trovato questo ristorante lungo la strada, con un panorama molto rilassante, e siamo riusciti a trovare posto sebbene fosse molto affollato. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare per i nostri piatti... non sapevamo che aveva appena riaperto, per cui ci sta l'organizzazione iniziale e con tutti quei commensali inaspettati. Spaghetti buoni, altro nella norma.
13/03/2025: Found this pizzeria on TripAdvisor so thought we’d give it a try. It was 2.00pm and busy but they found us a table in a conservatory type area.
Despite there being other diners, we did feel a bit forgotten about as the waitress took a good 10minutes to bring menus after seating us and a further long wait to take our drinks order and then again for food.
We thought we’d have pizza but that is only served in the evening - we visited on a Sunday so maybe different on other days?? Bit odd for somewhere advertising as a pizza restaurant.
I can’t eat seafood so opted for the beef ragu while my husband chose the prawn cocktail. We had a litre of draught Prosecco for €10.
The food came and started off ok. The prawns were served hot which seemed unusual but hubby said he enjoyed them. My ragu was nice until I got to the last mouthful and bit on something hard. It was a piece of clam shell - not great when you can’t eat seafood.
When I mentioned this to our waitress she said she’d tell the kitchen and that I should have told he when I ordered. I don’t have a life threatening allergy but can be ill if I eat seafood. Choosing a meat dish I never thought about telling her as didn’t feel it would be necessary.
Waitress returned and said chef had used the same spoon to serve a seafood dish and my ragu dish. Cross contamination at its finest. She wasn’t apologetic in the least. We paid and left boring to never return.
Dog friendly - in the conservatory anyway. Plenty of parking.

21/07/2025: Ristorante fronte mare. Menu’ non troppo intenso ma variabile sulle proposte. Pietanze ottime personale abbastanza attento. buono da ritornare.

08/08/2025: Tipico locale sulla spiaggia a Barricata. Servizio molto easy, lento a causa di poco personale ma prezzi non proprio economici. Ci siamo limitati (per fortuna) ad un piatto di spaghetti alle vongole (22 euro) salatissimo ed immerso nell’olio ed un guazzetto di cozze (16 euro) assolutamente ordinarie, anch’esse piene di olio.
Non ci è stato fornito lo scontrino causa malfunzionamento del registratore di cassa…
Con una bottiglia d’acqua pagato 42 euro, molto difficilmente ci torneremo.
27/07/2025: Giornata con famiglia ed amici, eravamo in 10 con 4 bambini.
Abbiamo passato tutto il giorno in questa struttura. Ottima spiaggia, pranzo che ha soddisfatto tutti e personale cortese. Bravi
