28/05/2025: Era il ristorante piu' vicino al nostro Bed and Breakfast, anzi diciamola tutta: era anche l'unica possibilita' sullo "stradone" principale del paese.
L'esterno non è molto invitante, ma una volta entrati...cambia tutto, c'è solo da accomodarsi e divertirsi a scegliere da una carta stuzzicante.
A cominciare dai "cicchetti", crostini con baccala, dentice e acciuga, oltre al salmone.
Definiremmo "sontuoso" il carpaccio di branzino, mentre le cozze di Scardovari facevano la differenza nel risotto alla pescatora.
Con l'anguilla in carta non potevamo certo rinunciare alla tentazione e quindi siamo tornati anche il secondo giorno, facendola precedere dagli spaghetti alle vongole (un "must" qui) e dai "troccoli nel delta".
Fanno anche pizze, che abbiamo notato erano molto "gettonate" dalla clientela locale, noi "foresti" che non abbiamo a disposizione ogni giorno queste golosita' del territorio, non potevamo che provare a gustarle il piu' possibile.
Ambiente molto curato, servizio preciso e simpatia diffusa, si beve un vinello in caraffa a buon mercato, ma - volendo - la cantina è ben fornita anche di bottiglie importanti.
Da rimarcare soprattutto l'ottima selezione di grappe, che fanno riferimento principalmente a due nomi famosi nel settore, scenografiche anche nella loro presenza.
Porzioni generose e rapporto qualita'/prezzo corretto per un locale sempre ben frequentato dove si va sul sicuro.
25/05/2025: We stayed in this hotel for 2 days, wanting to tour the delta by bike, excellent location and possibility of half board, good breakfast and dinner. Comfortable rooms and free parking. 300 meters away bike rental from Vittorio, super person!!!!!

05/05/2025: Excellent restaurant in a family environment, in the kitchen is the owner Oriano who is fantastic at the grill helped by his great son-in-law Tiziano.
Jenny the daughter will pamper you in the lounge.
05/05/2025: Highly recommended stop for those on motorbikes in the Po Delta area! Rifugio La Barricata is perfect for a relaxing stop after kilometers of banks, canals and wild nature. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, with plenty of space to park motorbikes safely. Excellent dishes, perfect cooking, genuine flavors, generous portions as hungry travelers like. The fish is fresh and you can taste it. Friendly and helpful staff, fair prices.

04/05/2025: We spent the weekend in this old-time trattoria where you can smell the scent of home. Hospitality, availability, kindness and friendliness are the main characteristics of this place.
The food was excellent from starters to dessert. Highly recommended.
03/05/2025: After a nice bike ride we stopped for lunch, great food and very friendly staff.

21/03/2025: Trovato questo ristorante lungo la strada, con un panorama molto rilassante, e siamo riusciti a trovare posto sebbene fosse molto affollato. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare per i nostri piatti... non sapevamo che aveva appena riaperto, per cui ci sta l'organizzazione iniziale e con tutti quei commensali inaspettati. Spaghetti buoni, altro nella norma.
13/03/2025: Found this pizzeria on TripAdvisor so thought we’d give it a try. It was 2.00pm and busy but they found us a table in a conservatory type area.
Despite there being other diners, we did feel a bit forgotten about as the waitress took a good 10minutes to bring menus after seating us and a further long wait to take our drinks order and then again for food.
We thought we’d have pizza but that is only served in the evening - we visited on a Sunday so maybe different on other days?? Bit odd for somewhere advertising as a pizza restaurant.
I can’t eat seafood so opted for the beef ragu while my husband chose the prawn cocktail. We had a litre of draught Prosecco for €10.
The food came and started off ok. The prawns were served hot which seemed unusual but hubby said he enjoyed them. My ragu was nice until I got to the last mouthful and bit on something hard. It was a piece of clam shell - not great when you can’t eat seafood.
When I mentioned this to our waitress she said she’d tell the kitchen and that I should have told he when I ordered. I don’t have a life threatening allergy but can be ill if I eat seafood. Choosing a meat dish I never thought about telling her as didn’t feel it would be necessary.
Waitress returned and said chef had used the same spoon to serve a seafood dish and my ragu dish. Cross contamination at its finest. She wasn’t apologetic in the least. We paid and left boring to never return.
Dog friendly - in the conservatory anyway. Plenty of parking.

28/05/2025: Wunderschöne Location, ausgezeichnetes Essen, sehr aufmerksame Bedienung - eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir Radler aus Kärnten kommen sicher wieder.
