01/10/2023: Absolutely rude, especially the lady at the counter, with short wavy hair with a tribal tattoo on her left arm and a treble clef on the left side of her neck. She also allowed herself to throw the sachets and change on the counter. Never again.

25/04/2024: Always impeccable service every time, a kindness that should be praised, they are so available to the customer's requests that if you decide to share the pizza with someone at the table they will be the ones to portion it out, a thoughtfulness that should never be taken for granted and demonstrates the care that they reserve for the customer. Furthermore, the pizza is really tasty, prepared with excellent ingredients; their provola is truly excellent and even I am a lover of classic pizza, especially Margherita, at Salefino I also like to experiment with other flavours, never been disappointed so far, well done, well done, well done! If I really have to find a flaw, the interior should be modernized, but in the summer they have a beautiful outdoor terrace where you can enjoy an excellent dinner!

06/03/2024: A restaurant offering unusual dishes inspired by Japanese cuisine. We had lunch here a few years ago and remembered that they had typical Italian dishes. Since we were staying in the same hotel this time, I reserved a table without looking at the website first. We were surprised to find chopsticks instead of cutlery on the table. We then found many varieties of sushi on the menu that you would otherwise not find or very rarely find in typical Japanese restaurants. Also unusual: wasabi was grated fresh at the table, something I've never seen before in Europe. Before the meal, an extensive amuse gueule was served, which consisted of three different small dishes and in addition to the dessert we ordered, there was a "candy floss tree" with several sweets underneath. Overall, however, we found the prices to be too high and the dining room to be too loud.

02/04/2024: We ate on Easter Monday in this very clean little restaurant furnished with modernity, simplicity and good taste. The location is not the best, the restaurant is located in a hamlet of San Gemini, on the road that leads to the village famous for its water and archaeological excavations. The cuisine is essentially based on fish, but it wasn't a problem to serve us fresh black truffles. Really honest prices. Recommended for a quick lunch for those passing through.
