19/01/2026: I have been here more than 20 times, but I won’t be coming back anymore. The arrogance keeps growing, while everything else is declining.
I used to enthusiastically recommend this place to others — not anymore. When you charge these prices, the whole experience matters.
During my last visit, the turbot — a fish that is both expensive and deserving of respect — was literally torn apart and carelessly placed on the plate. It was served cold.
Sadly, once a top destination, it now feels like a place you simply pass by.
16/01/2026: Oddly amazing and high-quality fish. Very tasty dishes and coffee. Beware this place is quite pricy though

10/03/2026: The food was excellent, the price-performance ratio was good, and they had a great wine list. I would definitely recommend eating there.
07/03/2026: We were a little reluctant because of some negative reviews. What a pleasant surprise though! Great food, amazing wine list and top service. Highly recommend! As with all the restaurants we visited in Val Gardena last week: be prepared to pay a significant price for your food.

19/02/2026: I loved everything about this Hotel! The service, the rooms- which were impeccably appointed, the pools and the spa were all wonderful! I highly recommend!
15/12/2025: We spent 2 days there with our two kids. The building is very modern but with a touch of traditional architecture. Rooms immensely big, curated in every detail. The spa is well curated and clearly divided between family and adults only area.
Food is good (we dined in the no-star restaurant), perhaps a bit overpriced.
The staff is simply amazing. They are very discrete, but always smiling and willing to help you. The service deserves 6 stars.
