28/07/2025: Capitate per caso dopo una visita al quartiere delle ceramiche, avremmo voluto tornare anche i giorni successivi se non fossimo state troppo lontane. Da subito abbiamo percepito passione, orgoglio e proattività. Accoglienza ottima, servizio attento e premuroso, piatti con ingredienti locali di qualità, connubio perfetto tra tradizione e innovazione senza stravolgere troppo i sapori per voler creare quell' effetto che diventa poi spesso eccessivo e artefatto. Io in quello che ho mangiato ci ho sentito la terra, la passione e la voglia di stupire con garbo. Una nuova gestione giovane, attenta ai sapori del passato con uno sguardo al presente. Bravi!
27/07/2025: We found it by chance while visiting the historic center of Grottaglie, and it was a great surprise. We had a seafood-based meal: fried fish, warm seafood salad, a mussels with pepper, and meatballs in tomato sauce for our youngest. Everything was excellent, a 10 for the salad, but the other dishes were also top-notch. You can taste the fresh, quality ingredients. The welcome, with a burrata and sun-dried tomato focaccia and a taste of extra virgin olive oil, was much appreciated. Definitely a place I'll return to; I hope they never change.

31/07/2025: Three adults, a very light appetizer to share, a first course for three (yes, just one), water, and off we go. Total bill: €91. No, we didn't go to the wrong restaurant, nor did they serve us caviar and white truffle. The receipt? An abstract poem: no details on the dishes, no clear voice. Just a final total worthy of a four-course seafood dinner each... in downtown Milan, perhaps. The quality? Honest... but only if we were at a passing service station, not a restaurant that demands gourmet prices. We've traveled halfway around the world, eaten everywhere, and we're always happy to spend money on good food. But being taken for a fool, no thanks. A word of advice for the managers: a little more transparency and a little less imagination in calculating the bill wouldn't hurt. For now, let's leave the "Peschereccio" at port... and we certainly won't return.
10/07/2025: It wasn't a positive experience, but much more. Goodness, quality, hospitality, cleanliness, taste, and unforgettable flavors. Will we come back? Yess ...
