28/03/2026: When you sell a seafood risotto for 27 euros per kg, you should have the dignity to at least include fresh fish, given that you have it in abundance... No, it's not a question of correctness but, I repeat, of dignity. Because if in a kg of rice you put 9 counted and frozen clams (you can tell by their color), and if in a kg of risotto you put just 4 mussels and no more than 150g of frozen fish (the shrimp were smaller than a 1 cent coin), and you're Demar, then I have to repeat that it's not a question of professionalism or correctness, but of dignity itself.

07/06/2025: Siamo ritornati quest' anno perché a luglio dell'anno scorso è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Ieri sera, mi dispiace ma è stata una delusione. Abbiamo ordinato tre primi con tre contorni accompagnati da un antipasto: tutti i piatti erano senza sapore. Sembrava fossero stati cucinati senza amalgamare il condimento. In aggiunta patate al forno salatissime.
Volevamo ad un certo punto rimandare indietro i piatti ma da quanta fame avevamo abbiamo quasi terminato tutti i piatti.
