21/01/2026: This summer I had the opportunity to dine at Ristorante Calvi and the experience was excellent. The quality of the ingredients was top-notch and the service impeccably managed: I was pleasantly surprised, even though I already had moderate to high expectations. Special thanks to the chef for his availability and for taking the time to share tips and quick recipes. A restaurant I would return to without hesitation.

27/12/2025: Director Nino and the entire staff, in addition to offering us top-quality dishes, literally "pampered" us. We will return home with the desire to return soon. The Cattivera A. family.
09/11/2025: The overall quality of service is excellent, and the food is also top-notch, but the price is too high and unjustified.
We're not on the top of Paris, New York, or Singapore; we're still on the outskirts of Altamura, in the Murgia Bari area, to be precise.
In any case, my overall opinion is positive.

06/01/2024: Scandalosi! Ha piovuto sul tavolo e non si sono affatto scomposti, anzi abbiamo pagato un riso in bianco (per una persona tra noi che non stava benissimo) 8 euro. Un piatto in cui era stato richiesto un ingrediente in meno è stato invece fatto senza eliminare l'ingrediente come se non fosse stato chiesto nulla e alla fine senza fare un minimo di sconto per i disagi avuto hanno pensato bene di aggiungere un euro al conto finale per una mela verde. Depennato!!!
