12/05/2024: Today I had lunch in this restaurant... Truly delicious appetizers, fried foods cooked in clean oil and not greasy. Each dish was expertly cooked, the chef was good, the first course was a riot of well-balanced and combined flavours, the fresh pasta with monkfish, really excellent cherry tomatoes and fried artichokes.... I'll be back.... The only point unfavorable? Generally, the vast majority of restaurateurs do not charge for espresso coffee at the end of lunch, at least here in Puglia.

10/03/2024: One sunny Sunday, I had the pleasure of having lunch in this welcoming place in the company of a couple of friends. Upon arrival, we were greeted and led to our table with care. The variety of dishes exceeded our expectations: good appetizers, equally good first and second courses and finally the homemade desserts, really good. The atmosphere made the stay even more pleasant. The attentive and attentive staff contributed to making the experience memorable, ensuring impeccable service without ever being intrusive. The value for money was more than reasonable, considering the quality of the food and the attention to detail. Ultimately, "L'Olmo Bello" has proven to be a place to be recommended to all those who wish to live an authentic gastronomic experience in the heart of Alberobello.

31/03/2024: We came back today, we had a great time. Staff with the utmost friendliness, helpfulness and kindness. Typical Apulian cuisine, you can eat divinely. The only flaw are the rooms with very dated fixtures, but the lady on leaving told us that the hotel will soon begin a total renovation (necessary I would say), so they will certainly put new ones in. Congratulations and thanks for everything
