15/01/2025: Posto molto carino, intimo, genstito da prrsone cordiali e simpatiche, abbiamo mangiato buonissimo e con porzioni più che abbondanti, serviti velocemente senza attese. Mi aspettavo uno scontrino molto più alto invece ho speso poco più della metà di quanto mi aspettavo.

16/11/2024: Recensione su Tripadvisor: “Esperienza culinaria di alto livello tra tradizione e innovazione” Abbiamo cenato recentemente al ristorante Tra la Terra e il Cielo a Moasca, ed è stata una vera scoperta per chi ama la cucina piemontese fatta con cura e passione. Il menu spazia tra piatti della tradizione e proposte contemporanee, offrendo una varietà che può soddisfare tutti i palati. Abbiamo iniziato con gli agnolotti del plin, realizzati con ingredienti di alta qualità e dal sapore intenso, esattamente come ci si aspetta da un piatto simbolo del Piemonte. La pasta era perfettamente tirata e la farcitura ben equilibrata, a testimonianza dell’attenzione per la cucina autentica. Abbiamo poi provato piatti con un’impronta più moderna, una piacevole sorpresa per la loro creatività. Ogni portata era bilanciata nei sapori e ben presentata, dimostrando una certa maestria nel proporre la tradizione con un tocco innovativo. Un momento speciale è stato quando il tartufo ci è stato lamellato al tavolo, aggiungendo una nota aromatica che ha esaltato i sapori dei piatti. Per quanto riguarda i vini, abbiamo seguito il consiglio del personale e ordinato un Ruchè, un rosso locale di grande eleganza che si è rivelato perfetto per accompagnare i piatti scelti. Il personale è stato molto disponibile nel descrivere le caratteristiche del vino e nel suggerirci l’abbinamento migliore, dimostrando competenza nella selezione dei vini locali. A fine cena, il titolare ci ha offerto un vermouth di altissima qualità, una chiusura perfetta per la serata. Anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato notevole: i prezzi sono giusti per la qualità del cibo e l’attenzione al servizio, offrendo un’ottima esperienza senza eccessi. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, con personale attento e cordiale, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande senza mai essere invadente. Anche il titolare è passato più volte per assicurarsi che la cena procedesse bene, mostrando una dedizione che fa la differenza. Consiglio vivamente Tra la Terra e il Cielo a chi cerca un’autentica esperienza piemontese di alta qualità, dove tradizione e innovazione convivono in piatti curati e accompagnati da un servizio eccellente. Torneremo sicuramente!

03/10/2024: En fantastisk opplevelse av helheten, men det trakk litt ned på servicen der vi måtte virkelig jobbe for å få de rette middagene til de rette personer. Maten var god og vel verdt det. Ville anbefale for helheten, utsikten, m.m.

19/01/2025: Our experience at this pizzeria was unfortunately below expectations. Let's start with the positive aspects: the environment is nice and welcoming as soon as you enter, with a pleasant atmosphere that promises a relaxing evening. The waiters proved to be very helpful and friendly, offering attentive and professional service. However, there were several elements that detracted from our experience. Despite the welcoming environment, the place was not heated enough, and at our table we felt cold for the entire duration of dinner. This made the meal less comfortable than expected. Moving on to the food, the pizza seemed a little too salty, and the ingredients used did not live up to expectations. In a pizzeria, the quality of the ingredients is fundamental, and in this case it seemed to us that the freshness and goodness that we expect was missing. Another critical point concerns payment management. At the time of the bill, the manager (or owner) refused to make separate accounts, despite the law allowing this practice, as long as the prohibition is clearly communicated to customers before ordering. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and the refusal created an unpleasant final mix-up. In conclusion, there are some strong points, such as the environment and the dining room staff, but there are several aspects to improve, especially in terms of comfort, quality of ingredients and customer service management.

13/01/2025: Cenato con altre famiglie, anche se il locale era pieno , i tempi di attesa sono stati nella norma .personale molto preparato e gentile . Tutto molto buono, abbiamo preso sia la pizza , che i menù. Prodotti di ottima qualità da tornarci sicuramente . Bravi continuate così

10/12/2024: Era tempo che non tornavo in questo delizioso ristorante e come al solito sono stato benissimo. La qualità delle portate non è in discussione, sia quello che ho mangiato io, sia quello delle persone che erano con me, ha lasciato un segno positivo sul palato di tutti. Posto consigliatissimo...... nulla da aggiungere !

14/08/2024: Hotels The property is located in a very central and quiet location. Furthermore, it has a private dirt parking lot. Breakfast is served in the restaurant just opposite. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy rooms with air conditioning. The bed mattress needs to be improved, as it is very stiff and uncomfortable.

24/12/2024: I have been frequenting this place for more than 20 years now and I must say that the pizza is certainly one of the best in Asti and the surrounding area. Located in the center of Piazza Statuto, on the surface it seems like a slightly shabby and retro place but when the pizza arrives you forget everything, you can choose the dough, the choice of pizzas is very varied and if you have particular needs just tell the person who takes your order and if it is not an absurd or impossible request they will try to accommodate you. The prices are good and the quality respectable. Surely in Asti there are more fashionable places with pizzas with high-sounding names and incredibly enriched with many ingredients but which in the end you can't finish or which make you feel bloated (many times it happened to me frequenting pizzerias not only in Asti) try to get a pizza with cereal dough and at the end you will still have room for dessert.
