The cuisine is excellent, with dishes crafted with attention to detail, quality ingredients, and truly well-balanced flavors. Each course was a pleasant surprise. The service also deserves special mention: the staff are professional, friendly, and always attentive to the customer's needs. A perfect place for both a romantic dinner and a special evening with friends. It's one of those restaurants where you don't just enjoy the good food, but also the complete experience. 22/08/2026: We went to eat here based on the positive reviews. We've never made a worse mistake! Beware of appearances: exorbitant prices, visibly stressed waiters, a classic tourist-trap restaurant with a facade hiding the same old, hackneyed ideas that only appeal to pretentious, self-absorbed palates. Failed.

15/12/2025: Very nice place, impeccable service! The waiter is really kind, helpful, and professional. The food is very good, but some of the appetizers, in my opinion, lack character. The prices are fair for the quality of the food. I'll definitely be back.

14/12/2025: First time at this place, found and booked with The Fork. Really good food, two cold appetizers (four tastings), tuna steak with baked vegetables, and baked sea bream with potatoes. All accompanied by excellent local passerina. Very fresh fish, balanced flavors, and top-notch service. Fair price for the quality and location. An experience to repeat, well done! 👏

31/07/2026: Stopped for lunch and a nice surprise just off the beach. The seafood zuppetta and turbot fillet accompanied by a glass of cerasuolo were a nice change of pace for the day. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

08/08/2026: The cold fish appetizers were good, but not particularly exciting. The fish selection was fairly basic: sea bass and sea bream. We opted for the sea bream. It was well cleaned, but it was hard to tell if it was actually fresh or frozen. The atmosphere was pleasant, with plenty of space, well-spaced tables, and plenty of outdoor seating. We were disappointed when we paid: we split the meal between four people, some paying by card, others in cash, and after a hefty price, the owner didn't even take 50 cents off each payment, making it a hassle. We're unlikely to return.

20/07/2026: Excellent restaurant right on the seafront. The space isn't huge, but it's very well-maintained. Wheelchair and wheelchair accessible. The menu is obviously seafood-based. The service is fast and professional. There's also a slatted outdoor veranda so you can choose your food. The dishes were beautifully plated. If you're in Grottammare, even just passing through, come and try this restaurant.

I had a great time, the food was exceptional, the breakfast excellent, the courtesy and a lot of familiarity... and what everyone would expect... real people who work and know their stuff. 17/08/2026: Excellent experience. Marco is exceptionally helpful: he goes out of his way to make his customers feel comfortable, and you can tell he's putting his heart and soul into it. We had lunch right under our umbrella, with impeccable service and no waiting. The beach and facilities were always clean, and the staff were courteous from start to finish. The atmosphere is popular with families with young children and adults alike. We'll definitely be back.

14/08/2026: Back for the sixth time, very different feedback. More expensive and worst quality. We took the crudite, sea salad and olives + mixed grilled fish, two dessert to finish. A bottle of wine 30€. With the exception of olives, the rest was nothing special. We ended up paying 133€ in 2 for a standard meal. I will give Ciaschi’ another chance m, keep you posted.

15/07/2026: On the advice of a hotelier, we made a reservation for dinner that morning. However, if I had met the owner first, I wouldn't have done so! Anyway, the food is good.

04/07/2026: Extremely slow service. More than half an hour for a plate of spaghetti with clams.

07/06/2026: We spent 8+ hours here on a Sunday in early June. We rented an umbrella/chairs, ate lunch, had drinks, and ice cream all day. We snorkeled along the rocks and saw 10-12 kinds of fish and crabs. Andre was amazing and made us feel at home they let us open a tab and settle up at the end of the day. We ate the “boneless fish” it was fried shrimp, calamari and potatoes, we also had the clam spaghetti and French fries for lunch they were perfect after snorkeling and laying in the sun. 10/10 we will be back here again! Thank you Andre and the rest of the staff.

10/08/2026: One of the many, countless (too many), beach resorts on the Adriatic coast. The umbrellas and loungers are dated, crowded together on a stretch of beach that's otherwise kept clean. The manager is quite rude and sometimes displays unfriendly behavior. Prices? A huge issue: why aren't there price controls in Italy? Given that they pay ridiculous fees to occupy state-owned space.

09/08/2026: We stayed 15 days at their lido. We had a great time, the staff were very kind and helpful, from the lifeguards especially Lorenzo and Enrico to the bar-restaurant staff, the beach and umbrellas were always clean and tidy, another wonderful memory was the entertainment girls Lara and Camilla... My children loved them and for us parents it was a moment to enjoy a few hours of relaxation, so really, thank you❤️ Highly recommended.

05/08/2026: Lousy place. The ingredients used are not fresh. The oysters were inedible, the texture was that of boiled mussels, not oyster-like.

12/08/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The woman who served us was extremely attentive. The dishes were very good, especially the green spaghetti with scampi and sundried tomatoes.
