08/05/2024: This place is truly unique!! The staff were very kind and the cuisine was really high quality!! I went with my wife, who has celiac disease, and only here was she able to choose from the menu what she wanted among the normal dishes. I don't know if I'm getting the idea but for a celiac it's really difficult to find someone who prepares mixed fried food or different types of pasta... See you soon and keep going, you are an example for all restaurants...

25/04/2024: Beautiful location, good and well-prepared dishes, professionalism of the dining room staff but all this is not enough to consider this experience a positive one, after the unfortunate event that occurred with the payment of the bill; right from the start the figure seemed disproportionate. Having paid not myself but a relative, after carefully looking at the receipt we realized that the price had been excessive due to errors regarding the place settings priced at €45 instead of €6. Considering the number of diners, the bill was thus excessively inflated (by several hundred euros). The next day we reported the error to the structure. With diligence, apologizing, they took steps to compensate the excess amount, thus remedying the unpleasant misunderstanding. Now: I do not advise anyone to go or not go to the "Villa Baroni restaurant", but I consider this error on the part of professionals who want to be considered as such, a lack of professionalism or complete bad faith (in my opinion both, given the macroscopic error of which they should have immediately noticed). An even more serious fact if we consider that it can put the entire staff in a bad light in the customer's conscience, to be acquitted as they are not involved in the matter. On this last point I would like to make one final observation: it was one of the room attendants who did the counting (she knew well how many of us there were and what we had ordered), not the manager, who was there a few meters away as the scene assistant... I will never go back and… watch your bill!

15/05/2024: What can I say, here in this restaurant you can find everything, friendliness, friendliness and professionalism, as well as excellent food at normal prices, a very welcome wine cellar but also excellent beers and finally, to say the least, fantastic desserts to try all... 15/05/2024: I had dinner last night and I must say that the reception was positive. Everyone waved and smiled. I ordered 1 pizza and I have to say it was excellent. The waiters went out of their way to 2 foreign customers with good English. I also noticed that the waiters did not collect the dirty glasses from the tables by putting their fingers in the glasses, but rather by the stem. The only slightly sore point is that 4 euros for a small beer seems a little excessive to me. To be recommended

04/04/2024: Yesterday we were at La Gabella for the second time, the review only refers to yesterday evening. The pasta and the pork fillet were good, but the lamb was unfortunately quite tough and no longer a young lamb either. The toppings for the lamb, very few small potatoes and not so good spinach. Unfortunately the dish was only lukewarm. The dessert, tiramisu and creme Catalan were very tasty. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the restaurant was also very cold and a bit drafty. The oven didn't manage to warm the very large room. Overall 3+ stars for me
