05/10/2025: I'd like to talk about this restaurant. Let's start with the fact that it took LITERALLY 2 hours just for a first course! From 12:00 to 2:30 for a first course, it wasn't exactly crowded, we were the first to arrive. Then, when the dishes arrived, they looked horrible and were raw. Now let's talk about the price. It was incredibly expensive for that food, not even half the price. I really don't recommend a two-hour drive for this.

The cuisine is simply extraordinary: every dish is conceived, curated, and crafted with a rare attention to detail. Excellent ingredients, surprising pairings, and impeccable presentation. A special thanks goes to Ermanno, the owner, who welcomed us with elegance and passion, guiding us throughout the meal with great passion and warmth. It's rare to find someone who so successfully combines expertise, friendliness, and a love for their work. An experience to remember and definitely one to repeat.
