03/11/2025: I hope last night's paella was an isolated mistake. As soon as it arrived, I realized something was wrong. Burnt rice all around, overcooked grains like porridge, dry mussels, missing lupini beans, and a greasy base. I ask the waiter (I know he's not involved) why, and he says, "Before serving, the pan went in the oven." What? I'll order it for you, and you tell me to wait about 20 minutes, fine.
