29/03/2026: Terrible experience. We went before seeing a movie, to avoid the usual pizza, so we asked about the meat rounds. This was because if it didn't match our taste, we would have ordered the desired cut of meat directly from the menu. We were told that after the first round, we could actually request something we liked from the menu, or at least the type of meat (chicken, pork, or beef). After the first disappointing round, with an overcooked rib eye, we actually asked if we could choose the type of meat (and perhaps even the cooking). The person we spoke to, in an aggressive tone, told us that it wasn't possible they'd given us that information (we'd asked just to be sure) and therefore we should expect whatever the kitchen delivered, no ifs, ands, or buts. Disappointed by both the poor communication and the quality (the second course consisted of tasteless chops and an overcooked chicken breast), we decided to pay and leave. I absolutely understand that raw materials have a cost and that in a meat market, you can't expect a Florentine steak, of course, but personally I found the poor communication, customer service and even the quality of what arrived to be serious.

16/03/2026: It was 2:45 PM and I asked if I could still eat. After bringing the menu, the waiter started to annoy me, saying it was too late and that he needed to rest. Another table sat down after me, and he didn't say anything to them. Instead, he continued to annoy me because it was my fault that other customers had arrived, and now he has to finish work ten minutes later. Terrible service.
