10/05/2026: An anniversary to remember, celebrated in the best way: at the table. Osteria La Lanterna is the perfect place when you want to stop time and transform a dinner into a memory. Between the lake and the mountains, at the perfect intersection of tradition and elegance, each dish tells a story of care, passion, and beauty. The surprise begins with "The Princess and the Pea - Pizza and Cuttlefish": ancient-grain fried pizza with squid ink, burrata, squid spaghetti, confit cherry tomatoes, and onion. Unexpected, refined, memorable. Then a tomato and basil spaghetti that celebrates excellence in its purest form: extraordinary ingredients and the pleasure of finishing the dish with fresh basil, just like at home... but better. And finally, the dish of my heart: Danty's Rabbit. Carmagnola gray rabbit, stuffed by Grandma Dantina, on spring greens and mashed potatoes. I loved it!! A dish that lingers, just like certain moments. A talented young chef, attentive and kind staff, a beautiful location, and a welcoming and pampering atmosphere. Details that make all the difference.
