18/08/2024: This is a review for the beautiful restaurant at Hotel Vapore. We did not stay at the hotel, but we came here to have dinner on our first night in Torno. The lakeside terrace offers amazing views and creates a beautiful atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the staff were very attentive . We felt well cared for and had a really great experience. Highly recommend! Thank you

06/07/2024: I came to this restaurant and ordered at 7:15. Food did not come until well after 10:00 PM. When I asked my waiter where the food was, he simply stated “you asked for food at 7:15 with no reservation, you have to wait another 2 hours.” I had booked a reservation a day earlier. To say I’m disappointed in service is an understatement. Don’t waste your time coming here.
16/06/2024: Sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo, posto vintage e accogliente. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camere datate ma con tutto l'occorrente per farti sentire a casa, la vista...... qualcosa di spettacolare, io e la mia ragazza abbiamo dormito tutta notte con la finestra aperta e lo sguardo fisso sulle luci del lago!!! La cena è stata una sorpresa, cibo ottimo e camerieri impeccabili e anche durante la cena una vista spettacolare sul lago anche il giorno dopo a colazione! Che dire un posto che avrebbe bisogno un ritocco a livello estetico ma si sa nessuno è perfetto, anzi a volte la perfezione stona e invece questo hotel è bello così perché ti fa sentire a casa e godere a pieno il contesto in cui è immerso. Sicuramente torneremo, anche solo per uno spritz!!! A presto...
