02/02/2026: Very refined and impeccable service. Excellent, high-quality food. The open kitchen, along with the butcher and fishmonger's shop inside, is both astonishing and captivating.

31/01/2026: Weekday, not weekend. Service was courteous and fairly quick. I'm giving the service a 4 because the dishes for two people arrived significantly later. I'm giving the food a 3, though. First thing: if the menu says "spicy chicken," don't bring me half of it. Needs some tweaking. The half chicken arrived with parts still pink and uncooked. After I asked to take it back to the kitchen, they reheated it, and it improved, but in two other thicker spots, the meat near the bone wasn't yet cooked through. But I can't judge an entire cuisine based on a single episode, and the seafood salad was excellent. I'd say a 3 is fair. The person at the cashier might be less annoyed... Would I go back? Yes, to try again.
