The staff were very patient and enthusiastic.
Although I'm a foreigner, the staff patiently explained and recommended dishes. Highly recommended.

11/01/2026: I've been to Otello restaurant several times and have always found the food to be excellent and the customer service truly attentive. The gluten-free options are varied and carefully selected. The setting is elegant and overlooks Lake Bolsena.
