18/08/2025: An intimate and romantic restaurant, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was top-notch! I highly recommend the house seafood appetizer, the seafood gnocchi, the pistachio gricia with shrimp, and the desserts, all excellent (especially the profiteroles). A truly pleasant experience!
17/08/2025: An absolutely stunning culinary experience in this fantastic restaurant! Very attentive service, a very fine selection of dishes, all at very fair prices and simply indescribably delicious. Highly recommended!

29/07/2025: We had a really good time and all the dishes seemed excellent. The one star removed is for the prices, which I think are high, but I've noticed this in the surrounding area as well.
Just a good value.

22/03/2025: The restaurant is elegant and very well looked after.
At the entrance on the wall there is a large circle reminiscent of the lid of a barrel.
We relied on the chef's advice for a perfectly served lunch.
Octopus and swordfish rolls on chickpea cream, paccheri with cuttlefish and pistachio, cheese and pepper ravioli with fish ragout and toasted almonds. For the second course, cod tempura and anchovies stuffed with ricotta, on artichoke cream. Finally nougat cream with raspberry flavored crumble and dark chocolate chocolates.
A wine list absolutely in line with their menu, which gives ample space to the Lazio region, without forgetting other interesting Italian wineries, champagne and other international wines.
Nice atmosphere.
16/03/2025: Really very nice place, the lady at the reception really kind, very good quality food and generous dishes. The prices are slightly high, but depending on a personal evaluation of various factors it can be okay. All in all so I would definitely stay here again, congratulations!

28/08/2025: Very nice and promising location, from the photos on Google Maps. But... We called because the restaurant promised vegetarian dishes, and they gave us a list of the dishes over the phone, but within half an hour (the time it took to arrive), they magically sold out. The wait was nearly an hour for different dishes than what we ordered, but they were promptly replaced. The quality wasn't up to par; a portion of Catalan-style prawns contained exactly three pieces! The trio of arancini was actually two arancini and a croquette.
Excessively priced, both for the quality and the service provided.
Not recommended.

28/07/2025: July 28, 2025, reservations for dinner for two adults and a 7-year-old child. We sit inside, a nice, slightly vintage place. It's a shame about the poor service; we were greeted with room-temperature house white wine, but no short pasta for the child (?). I asked for paper napkins after the first course, and they brought me one. Okay, I might be picky, but I shouldn't ask three times for bread, or for oil and salt after the second course arrives. Lastly, the mixed salad was already dressed. It's a shame because overall, the food was good and fresh, and the prices were reasonable.
21/07/2025: We only looked at the 4 stars and the photos and were fooled. Read the reviews if you don't want any unpleasant surprises.

22/09/2024: Purtroppo mentre scrivo questa recensione, ho un mal di testa insopportabile e una forte acidità di stomaco, stessa situazione per la persona che era a tavola con me. Colpa sicuramente del vino,pieno di soliti chimici, che appena degustato non mi era piaciuto, un Ribolla di una cantina sconosciuta che sui normali canali di vendita ha un costo di neanche 6 Euro, rivenduto a ben 24 Euro.
Risultato mal di testa fortissimo e domenica rovinata.
Per il resto alcuni piatti buoni come la tartare di gambero, ma gli altri non valgono il costo applicato.
La frittura per l'olio usato,i tonnarelli con vongole e lupini privi di mantecatura e con pochi molluschi e il saute di cozze dal sapore molto forte. Nulla da dire sul servizio e la gentilezza del personale e anche sulla qualità delle materie prime, ma le preparazioni ed rapporto qualità prezzo purtroppo generano un giudizio negativo.

23/10/2024: Siamo consapevoli che a Gaeta a fine ottobre la maggior parte dei ristoranti sono chiusi. Praticamente questo è stato l'unico che ci ha dato disponibilità di mercoledì. Ristorante deserto. Oltre a noi un altra persona.
Non avevamo fame ma anche il menù non ci invogliava molto cosi scegliamo gli gnocchetti alla melanzana alla parmigiana. Mi sa che lo chef ha scordato di salare l'acqua. Erano veramente insipidi. Poi delusi scegliamo di prendere il dolce. La sfogliatella napoletana non era per niente croccante, molto simile ad una saponetta per il sapore. L'altro dolce al limone ... non saprei definirlo. Forse insulso. L'unica cosa meritevole di lode la location ed è per questo che ho dato 2 e non 1. Meglio poi di non parlare dei prezzi...

03/05/2025: Ha cambiato gestione da un po’, ma la formula è sempre vincente!
È aperto anche d’inverno nel fine settimana e da giugno ogni giorno.
Buonissima la frittura, tenera e leggera, con prodotto fresco che si sente! Le alici fritte sono grandi e una vera ghiottoneria. Anche il soutè di cozze molto buono, con prodotto locale, di quelle non grandissime, ma davvero dolci e saporite. Bravi!!
