14/11/2024: I did not order local dishes but I repeat but, highly tasty and elegant in service, highly trained staff for the choice of wines, professional in explaining the dishes, skilled in suggesting combinations between one course and another, in a place of such importance it is not It's nice to do THE SCARPETTA but "whenever the dishes are good, I'M GOOD I'M ENOUGH
