29/07/2026: Excellent dinner, always top-notch ribs, perfectly cooked and intensely flavorful. But the real highlight is the wine cellar, with a carefully selected selection, and Ermes's recommendations for the perfect pairing are always spot on!

20/05/2026: A standard question to the owner about how the turkey is cooked (sometimes the turkey is a bit stringy, due to the texture of the white meat, not due to a fault on the part of the chef...)... Answer: "I don't know where you usually eat, but we cook well here." 🙄 A little taken aback by the response, I let it go out of respect for my guests... I'm used to answering politely when asked questions politely. In any case, the meal was good, and I recommend going...perhaps without asking too many questions. 😜 The two guys were kind and professional.
