08/03/2025: We returned for the second time, always an excellent experience. Someone criticized the desserts for the high price, in my opinion justified by the quality and the work behind it. I recommend the anchovies a beccafico and the saltimbocca di spada. Keep it up!

The team's preparation, both from a culinary and oenological point of view, is evident in every detail: each dish is taken care of down to the smallest detail and paired with a wine that enhances its flavours, passionately recommended by its sommelier Giuseppe. The welcoming environment with attention to detail and design . The dishes, a riot of freshness and authentic flavours, reflect the Aeolian tradition, with fresh ingredients that tell the story of the sea and the volcanic lands of the islands. And we cannot fail to mention the superlative desserts created by Antonio, a true pastry artist. Its desserts are a final treat that is worth every taste, refined and creative preparations that will win you over with their goodness and delicacy. More than a dessert, Obsidian is a true chocolate poem. If you are looking for an authentic experience, this is undoubtedly a restaurant not to be missed.

07/02/2025: When we want to have a fish-based lunch, we come to MAMMA in Rottofreno. Personally I love scialatielli in bread crust, spaghetti with seafood or clams. The fried food was excellent and plentiful. The desserts are also very good. All served very well.
