28/10/2024: Stopped for a quick lunch to takeaway after visiting Herculaneum. Very friendly and helpful staff, no problem even with my very limited Italian. Excellent food very tasty

01/02/2025: My experience as a local guide was quite good as the place was really nice and built really well with air conditioning and stove, as for the staff they are very polite. The meals are good but the main problem is the service, for goodness sake it is very polite but not very efficient we had to wait an hour before a pizza! For the rest everything is ok

Bad experience at the beginning of January: there were 5 of us, in three rooms, all cold, terrible breakfast (they only offered a coffee, a cup of milk or tea, some biscuits, small packs of jam or hazelnut/cocoa cream). No operator at the reception, nor at the bar, just a do-it-all caretaker, who, although available, did not have the skills to carry out the roles of receptionist, receptionist and bartender.
16/01/2025: Negative experience: we stayed in the first days of January, finding the structure cold, rooms with heating not all working. With the managers absent, the hotel was left to a handyman, but absolutely unprofessional, who was unable to make a cappuccino. It was recommended to me due to its proximity to the Circumvesuviana: true, it's a shame that to reach Naples there are only two trips, one in the morning at 8.30 and one in the afternoon. Not advisable.

23/01/2025: Este restaurante en una segunda planta tiene un menú muy napolitano.
Los antipastos estaban súper buenos, especialmente los de mar.
Las pizzas espectaculares, en especial la de speck.
Excelente servicio y muy pacientes ya que llegamos pasadas las 10 p.m. y nos atendieron muy cortésmente.

19/01/2025: While passing through waiting for the start of the match we stopped for lunch well what can I say everything was wonderful, from the fish starters to the first course, "damn scialatielli I will dream of you even at night because of how good they are" really everything was good, attentive and hospitable staff highly recommended

Siamo stati a cena ieri sera dopo aver prenotato menù cucina sponsorizzato 30,00€ per due adulti e una bimba.
All'arrivo abbiamo cominciato che il menù per intero per la bambina era troppo e che questa avrebbe preso una o al massimo due portate. Quindi a noi adulti è stato servito l'aperitivo e l'antipasto completo e a nostra figlia solo prosciutto e mozzarella, la stessa identica porzione che è stata servita a noi insieme a molte altre portate. Al momento del primo, nostra figlia ha espresso il desiderio di mangiare gli spaghetti a vongole, piatto previsto anche per il nostro nemú al che abbiamo detto al cameriere che sarebbero bastati solo i due piatti in promozione ma lo stesso ha risposto che ne avrebbe fatti preparare comunque tre in porzioni più ridotte. Quegli atteggiamenti che al momento sembrano essere consigli per la soddisfazione del cliente e dopo si realizza che sono stati una sorta di "imposizione". Come prevedibile i tre piatti sono tornati indietro per intero, salvo il fatto che il piatto di nostra figlia è stato calcolato 18,00€ in aggiunta al conto che con il prosciutto e mozzarella e il coperto, sì perché la bambina ha pagato il coperto e noi adulti no, hanno raggiunta la stessa cifra del menù completo che prevede molte più portate. Una maniera per servire due menù e farsene pagare tre.
Non sono i 18,00€ degli spaghetti serviti "per forza" alla bambina che hanno cambiato la vita di noi che li abbiamo pagati né del locale che li ha incassati, è la delusione di essere stati "fregati", di essere stati vittima di un comportamento molto poco professionale, un atteggiamento furbesco che non ci vedrà mai più tornare in questo locale.
