05/04/2024: Intrigued by the excellent reviews, we discovered a particular place. First of all, the cuisine is excellent, with an excellent quality-price ratio. The location is suggestive in a small square of a tiny village that practically overlooks Capri. One Fire starter notable, as were all the pastas. Strong and authentic flavors. The fennel bread also deserves a mention. Pleasant atmosphere, with excellent service. Advised!
01/04/2024: Tasteful restaurant and a few steps from a breathtaking viewpoint. Good fish dishes, very fresh. Excellent tastings and first courses, always fish-based. The prawns, although very fresh, had some sand and not all of them were clean. Despite this, for the quality of the food and beauty of the place, I would definitely return. Price: adequate, although slightly expensive.

21/03/2024: One of the best places that we had dinner on the Amalfi coast. The sunset views of the blue sea, while having dinner are mind-blowing. The service is amazing and the food beyond delicious. The location is unbeatable near a small town called Masa Lubrense.
08/03/2024: Will pay a visit in a week or so. Was there five years ago, rented a room for the night, ordered bubbly, saw the sunset, Capri and Vesuvius, later had a good dinner in the amazing restaurant anno 1902.

Praticamente erano scialatielli al sale! Salutistici e scotti per la vergognosa cifra di ben 20 euro a piatto! Prezzi veramente esagerati

Reservation of 2 sunbeds and an umbrella made for August 15th, for a total of €50 + €5 scooter parking. Once we arrived at the factory, no place had been reserved for us and we still had to choose from the few sunbeds that were left available in the back. Beyond this brief introduction, I believe that the climax was reached at the time of lunch: after arriving at the table, we waited at least 20 minutes before our order was taken, with the dining room staff ignoring the order. arrival of customers, he took orders randomly, with tables of up to 8 people who, despite being seated after us, unjustifiably and considerably increased our wait for lunch. Further dispassionate advice: DO NOT TAKE DISHES OFF THE MENU, or always ask the price of what you order, so as to be aware and not have unpleasant surprises when you arrive at the cash register. Personally I think that a linguine with courgettes at a cost of €26 is an exaggeration, especially if the cost of it is light years away from the real Nerano. We have definitely eaten better and at significantly lower costs. Finally, I won't go into the merits of the safety of the establishment, but in addition to being very uncomfortable, because it is practically perched on the rock, the sunbeds are practically attached to each other, and in our case, just so that we don't miss anything, there was even the grass that peeked out between the sunbeds, as well as various deposited material. Conclusion: €140 spent on sunbeds, umbrella, parking and lunch, but dissatisfied to say the least. At these prices there is undoubtedly better on the coast. NOT TO BE REPEATED!
15/10/2023: Beautiful, wonderful place, we went on foot, but there are steep climbs, but the view and the food are worth it!

04/03/2024: The food is decent. The waiters are polite. The female cashier is a very unpleasant lady. The prices are too high. For example, zucchini inflorescences (3 pieces) cost almost 10 €. Filling with ricotta and a little prosciutto. The price for such a dish is no more than 5-6 €. Cold cuts -consists of 5 small pieces (2 of them chicken). Price about 30 euros. Pasta with mushrooms is the most ordinary. A little dry. For a place 2.50 €. In general, I definitely won’t go to this establishment again.

Relais Blu Belvedere Restaurant

02/04/2024: It is a hotel positioned in such a way as to have a beautiful view of the sea. The rooms have a glass window that allows you to admire the island of Capri and the coast below. The hotel is quiet and the staff very friendly and kind.
There is a bit of external maintenance missing, but I think it is related to the spring period

The aperitif at the Relais Blu is one of the things to do on weekends with a beautiful scorching sun
Super recommended!
A wonderful and romantic view.
For those who love motorbikes, I recommend going there on two wheels, to enjoy the whole road that leads to this wonderful place even more.

04/04/2024: Large rooms, wonderful view, great breakfast. There is a bus that transports guests from the hotel to the center.
23/03/2024: We stayed here end of Sept 2023 and were very happy with it. The room was clean and tidy, with a beautiful view over the water. Here were fireworks at the bay one evening that we watched from our balcony. Breakfast was great, lots of options and everything we had was delicious. The staff was all very pleasant and extremely helpful. My son accidentally knocked my engagement ring down the sink in the bathroom while I was washing my face, and the manager told us not to worry, go about our day and he'd have it at the front desk for us when we got back. As soon as we walked in the door, he handed it to me in a little bag. He was also very nice to try to help us with trying to get to our ferry on time when I made a mistake on the shuttle times. The only "issue" (if you can even call it that) is that you do need a car or the shuttle to get back and forth, as it's up in the hills, but we knew that before we went, so not a problem for us. Have recommended to some family friends going to Sorrento this year!

04/05/2024: Excellent position. Exceptional view, breathtaking in some corners. Very large and well looked after facility. The room is not of the same standard and would certainly need to be modernized (especially the bathroom) with the necessary greater attention to detail. I found it quite strange not to have a second curtain in the room or in any case something that could darken it. The result was to find ourselves awake at first light in the morning. The general ventilation in the corridor that led to our room also needs to be reviewed. Normal breakfast.
07/04/2024: I stayed a weekend in this wonderful resort located in one of the most beautiful places on the Sorrento coast. Overlooking the sea, breathtaking view of the Gulf of Naples, facing Vesuvius, the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida. The structure has a very well-kept garden, swimming pools, children's games, football pitch, panoramic restaurant and bar, also ideal for events. The rooms with private bathroom and panoramic terrace are also excellent.

25/04/2024: Staying at the nearby Hotel La Solara we went walking down the hill to this beautiful spot. It’s quaint , unspoilt and totally untouristy. A welcome change from the masses we encountered in Amalfi and Positano. The food, location and service was faultless. Very very high standard and reasonably priced. The only thing that bothered me was the walk back up the hill, I’m no spring chicken. Others at the hotel had done it. The road is good with resting places but…..
I need not have worried. The restaurant arranged transportation right to the door of our hotel in a tuk-tuk type vehicle. Best ten euros ever spent. Don’t miss this wonderful spot in Marina di Puolo with a view to the little harbour and sea with a backdrop of forest, lemon and olive groves.
